What If Ash was in Pokemon Horizons?

Ash, Liko, Roy and Ult enter the Brave Olivine, finding everyone ele waiting in the meeting room. "There he is, the trainer of the Black Rayquaza!" Murdock praised.

The trainers sat down,  "Thanks guys," Roy said gratefully. "So what'd we miss?"

"Bad news, the Strong Sphere was released." Dot said, "I even saw a Dachsbun run away from its trainer cause it didn't wanna use the Strong Sphere. The trainer didn;t even care! He just said he'll find a strong Pokemon!"

"He did what?!" Ash exclaimed, "So trainers now think they need a Strong Sphere to be strong that they'll get rid of Pokemon they've been with for ages?!

"Afraid so." Dot said solemnly,  "But, all your friends in every regoin have been protesting, the bans have been helping too. Exceed's reports show that their sales aren't what they expected."

"The only thing we can do now is power up Pagogo with all eighteen Tera Types." Liko concluded, "Then we can get rid of Laquium for good."

"Well, the Six Heroes cover Normal, Dark, Ice, Bug, Rock and Dragon." Dot began.

"Meowscarada and Hatterene can be Grass and Psychic." Liko added.

"Skeledirge and Kilowattrel can be Fire and Electric." Roy added.

"Either Pikachu or Cap could cover Flying." Ash added.

"Quaquaval and Tinkaton cover Water and Steel." Murdock added.

"Penny's Slyveon covers Fairy, Nemona's Pawmot covers Fighting, and Ann's Samurott covers Ground."

"That only leaves Ghost and Poison." Orla concluded.

"Amethio's Ceruledge can cover Ghost." said Liko, "So Poison's all we have left."

Roy turned to Ult, "You wouldn't happen to have a Poison type, do ya?"

Ult shook his head, "Nah, plus I don't even have a Tera Orb. I prefer Mega Evolution."

"What about you, Ash?" Liko asked, "You've caught a bunch of Pokemon."

Ash thought for a moment, "Well there's my Bulbasaur and Gengar. But their Tera Types might not be Poison. Then there's my Naganadel-"

"Wait, Naganadel?" Mollie asked, "You caught an Ultra Beast?"

"Long story," Ash replied. "Naganadel's in Ultra Space so it'll be hard to reach, plus it's Tera Type might not even be Poison. But, my Muk is a pure Poison type, it may work."

Suddenly, Mollie's Maushold serves the trainers a plate of mochi as a snack. Reminding Liko of a Pokemon belonging to her grandmother, "What about Pecharunt? It's a Poison type."

"That could work," Dot commented, "But would it be worth finding Diana? We've got Ash's Muk."

"I mean, we're using either Pikachu or Cap to be the Flying Tera Type." Ash said, "Another trainer could help us. We need all the help we can get."

"Grandma's staying at her castle back in Galar." Liko explained, "We should go visit her as soon as we can."

Meanwhile, night falls upon Pericarp Town. Chalce leads Sidian and Coral towards Mount Pericap. "Chalce, Coral, Sidian." A voice from the trees calls out, "Please, reconsider."

Hamber reveals himself. "You know the truth of thr Strong Spheres, they'll destroy the bonds between people and Pokemon."

Coral shrugged, "Whatever you say, old man."

Hamber stiffened, "Can't you see you share a bond with your Pokemon as well? Coral, before I recruited you, all you wanted was a place for you to have fun. Sidian, you just needed a place to teach you discipline."
