Ash followed Director Clavell into the basement of Naranja Academy, having split off from everyone else who had found places to stay while the Brave Olivine undegoes repairs. "So Director, what do you want to show me?" Ash asked
"You see, Master Ash." Clavell began, "Long ago Naranja Academy was once called Uva Academy, and our main color was purple, but when we rebranded and everything Uva Academy was thrown out, except..."
Clavell opened a closet to reveal an old school uniform, looking similar to those worn by naranja Academy but with purple coloring where the orange usually was. This unifrom is the last item remaining of our Uva Academy days, and I'd be honored to offer this piece to none other than the World Monarch."
Ash looks at the uniform in awe before taking it off the clothing hanger. Ash's thoughts are cut short as he feels electrity fill his veins. He falls out of his bed, finding himself in the hotel room he checked into the night before.
Ash looked to Pikachu, who was resonsible for awaking himf rom his slumber. "What was that for?!"
Pikahu huffed and tossed Ash his Rotom phone, showing the time and making Ash realize he had once again overslept. Ash quickly rushes to don his Uva Academy uniform, grab the Poke Balls containing Quaxwell and Dipplin, put his vest on over his shirt, put on the hsoes gifted to him by his mother, and don his cap before rushing out of the room and departing for Mesagoza after checking out of the hotel.

At the city's main square, Ash reunites with Liko, Roy and Dot, who are already wearing their Naranja Academy uniforms, while Liko wears her Indigo Academy uniform. Terapagos peeks its head out of Liko's bag, drawing the attention of her friends. "What's Terapagos doing here?" Roy asked.
"I wanted to take it with me." Liko explained, "Don't want the Explorers attacking my home while I'm gone."
The trainers head to Naranja Academy and make their way to the Director's Office, coming face-to-face with Director Clavell and chairwoman of the Paldea League Geeta. So we meet again, Master Ash." Clavell smiled at seeing the old uniform put to use, "I see you've taken a liking to your exclusive uniform."
"Yeah, thanks for it by the way," Ash grinned, "It's pretty neat!"
Geeta smiled, "I must say, It's both a surprise and an honor for the World Monarch to attend Naranja Academy."
Clavell turned to Geeta, "Would you be a dear and tell our new students the video of our Tera-Training?"
Geeta nodded, "Of course."
Geeta turns out a nearby TV screen, "Tera-Training is curriculum soley focussed on teaching students of Naranja Academy about the Terastal phenomenon. This phenomenon is linked to Terastal energy, which manifests itself in the form of crystals found around the region."
Liko perks up, "I think I saw some crystals by my house."
"You may be near an area of Terastal energy, though there are still mysteries that surrond it." Geeta repiled, "Trainers are able to utilize the Terastal phenomenon with Tera Orbs, which are exclusive to trainers who complete the Tera-Training course."
