The rising sun nearly blinds the eyes of the World Monarch. He grips the wheel of the Brave Olivine with a tight grip whilst Pikachu sits atop it. Steering the Brave Olivine was a new challenge, but he was managing, though the ship sometimes braked abruptly.

"Seems like you're fitting into being the new leader pretty well." Roy said as he walked into the Captain's deck.

"Yeah." Ash chuckled, "It's not easy, pretty used to just having my Pokemon fly me around."

"I know how that feels." Roy replied.

"So how was the meeting?" Ash asked, "Did you guys figure you where we're going next?"

Roy nodded, "We're gonna head back to Naranja Academy. We need more support since the Explorers still blame us for Laqua, even after that video you made."

Ash stiffened, "You saw that?"

"Oh, everyone saw it, it went viral." Roy recounted, "It was awesome!"

Ash was quick to change the subject. "So, what's the plan?"

"I was thinking it'd be the five of us. The adults are gonna stay with the ship." Roy planned out, "We meet up with Director Clavell and Geeta and show them how dangerous the Strong Spheres are! Dot's even got a whole presentation, then they'll ban the Strong Spheres for sure!"

"I like the sound of that." Ash smiled.

The five kids were entering into the Director's office a few hours later. Clavell seemed to brighten once he spots the kids entering.

"Well, no time no see!" Clavell smiled, "It seems like you four have grown up, and you brought a new friend."

"This is Uruto." Roy pointed half-heartedly.

"Well, it's very nice to see meet you, Uruto." Geeta smiled, flustering Uruto.

"Y'know the news has been using the RVT's name a lot this past year." Clavell commented.

The kids quieted, before Roy stepped forward, "The news is wrong! The Explorers framaed us for destroying Laqua, but it was them! You have to believe us, they have the whole world fooled!"

"Well, some people actually started supporting us after Ash made a video last night. Though I'd say The Explorers still have around two-thirds of public approval." Dot fact-checked.

The two authority figures simply smiled, "We figured so." Geeta said.

"So, what brings you here?" Clavell asked.

Dot stepped forward, exhaling shakily due to her own anxiety, but she broadcasts her phone onto the nearby TV. Show a photo of the large cluster of Laquium within Laqua.

"On our journey, we found a crystal called Laquium. Laquium makes a Pokemon stronger, but they cloud out common sense, including their own trainers." The TV showd the various encounters with Laquium-infected Pokemon, the Slaking, the two Steelixes. The Vileplume, even Stunner Fisk's Stunfisk and the two Tauros's belonging to Indy and Rubella. "They act on pure instinct, which can be very dangerous." Dot zooms in on the two Steelixes attacking one another. Before the video switches to public clips of the Strong Sphere demonstration, zooming in on the monent Ash got hit. "Exceed has created the Strong Spheres, something that rivals Mega Evolution, Z-Moves, Dynamax and Terastallization."

The TV shuts off, "But letting them into public use could cause many problems for both Pokemon and their trainers, and we want them banned."

Ash jumped, a new idea coming to his mind, "I should talk to Leon..." He thought to himself.

Geeta and Clavell sat in slience for a moment, before Geeta spoke up, "This is reseached very well. and we know none of you have no bad intent, but we need more evidence before making an offical report."
