The trainers sit in the lounge of the Pokemon League, "So, since we've been training, I think it's time we go back to the Black Rayquaza." Roy suggested.

"You think so?" Liko asked.

"Yeah, I mean we know where it is." Roy added. "We can just enter the Dragon's Den and leave with it."

"Yeah, and then it'll be strong enough for me to catch it!" Ult smirked.

"You're seriously still wanna catch it?!" Roy exclaimed.

Dot entered the room before Roy and Ult could argue. "So, I was looking into what Pokemon could replace mine to power up Pagogo, and-"

Ult groaned, "You're still thinking about that? C'mon quit being ridiculous, you're hurtin' our team harmony!"

"Why can't you guys respect my choice?!" Dot exclaimed.

Iono suddenly entered the room, "Y'know I think Dot's kinda right. She's totes unprepared if she can't understand her own Pokemon!"

Iono shows the trainers a video on her Rotom Phone, the video showcased Quaxwell, Tinkatuff and Gholdengo training together. "Looks like Dot's Pokemon didn't wanna give up, even when their own trainer did. Honestly, I'd be pretty peeved if I was Quaxwell, being so strong but my own trainer made me do support!"

"You take that back!" Dot snapped. "I do know my Pokemon!"

"How 'bout you make me?" Iono grinned mischievously, "In a one-on-one!"

"Fine." Dot huffed.

The trainers walked outside, Dot and Iono stood across from each other while the other trainers watched from the sidelines. Dot and Quaxwell stood together as Iono sends out Bellibolt.

"Alright Bellibolt, start things off with Thunder!"

Bellibolt let out a loud cry, a lighting bolt appeard from the sky as Quaxwell dodged it with ease. "Try again!" Iono commanded.

Bellibolt repeated the Thunder attack, only for Qaxwell to dodge every attempted strike.

"Makes sense." Ash mused, "Thunder almost always misses."

"Quaxwell, Aqua Cutter!" Dot commanded

Quaxwell sends small waves of water towards Bellibolt, but the opposing Pokemon dodges every strike. Leaving puddles of water nearby.

"Use Mud Shot!" Iono declared as she spots Quaxwell's foot nearing a puddle.

Bellibolt covers Quaxwell in mud, slowing it down, "Now use Thunder!"

Bellibolt sucessfully strikes Quaxwell, the electricty conducted through the puddle for extra power.

"Learned from the very best!" Iono declared, rememebering how Ash used a smilar tactic in their battle just the day before.

"Aw man, I should've seen that coming." Dot shrunk.

Iono softened, "Aw c'mon, the Dot I knew never gave up. All you gotta do is connect with Quaxwell and you'll totes be yourself again!"

Dot's eyes widened as Quaxwell stood back up, "You're not giving up, are you?"

Quaxwell shook his head, Dot smirked, "Then I won't either, use the puddles to go faster! Liquidation!"

"Stop them with another Thunder!"

Bellibolt summons the attack from the sky, but Quaxwell evades by using the puddles below it. Wiping away the mud and striking Bellibolt with Liquidation. Bellibolt glows with a bright yello light.
