"Time for muggle studies!" James said excitedly.

Sirius and Opal groaned, Peter smirked at them. Back in their third year James had made them all take the subject so he could learn more about the world Lily lived in. Although now he claimed to them that he was very interested in the muggle world and that was the only reason why he still took the subject.

Sirius only took it so his parents wouldn't approve and Opal took it because she didn't want to do ancient runes. She didn't plan on taking it for N.E.W.T's but it was an easy way to get an extra grade.

"Do we have to?" Sirius asked, leaning his head on Opal's shoulder. "I already know about kettles and telephones and mee-cro-wah-veys."

"Microwave." Peter corrected him.

"That is just a very small wave." Sirius sighed.

"Oh come on! Miss Smith said she has a surprise for us." James said, standing up from his chair.

"A resignation letter?"

"Have fun." Peter said, waving as they left the common room, Opal sighed as she remembered him dropping the subject back in fourth year.

The three made their way to the first floor for the lesson, there weren't many students taking it in sixth year, just Andrea Diggory, Henry Abbott, Flora Edgecombe and Alfie Corner.

"Good morning class!" Miss Smith said excitedly. "This is a very exciting year, we will be taking a dive into actual muggle schools and will be doing a take on their lessons-"

"I'm terrible at maths Miss!" Alfie Corner said.

"Well this is a bit of a practical Alfie, I think all of you will love this module." she waved her wand towards a few baskets which floated across the classroom they set down on the tables, from each of them was a faint cry. "This week's lesson is health and social care."

"Are the baskets crying Miss?" Opal asked.

"Not the baskets, look inside."

"I hope it's not a mandrake." Sirius sighed.

Opal opened the basket and looked inside, her eyes widened. "Oh gosh no." she stared down at a very realistic baby.

"It's a baby!" James shouted loudly, he reached down inside and picked his up, the crying faded quickly. "Hello little baby."

Opal didn't take her eyes off of hers, she poked it with her wand.

"You will care for these babies like they are your own, make sure they are fed and loved and not killed by the end of the week." Miss Smith said, walking around the classroom. "Sirius, that is not how you hold a baby."

Opal looked towards him, he held his by its leg.

This is going to be a long week.

Opal, James and Sirius were sitting in the common room with their crying babies earning glares from the other students.

"Can you get your crying babies away from me." Remus scowled, as he watched the three.

"Hey! Ellie wasn't even making any noise." James said, offended.

"Silvanus just takes after his father okay." Sirius said, rocking his baby. "I guess you're not babysitting then."

"I will never look after any of your children." Remus said, turning his attention to his homework.

"Awwh you guys have babies!" Mary said, walking towards them with Lily.
