"Opes, you've got a letter," Remus called from the kitchen.
Opal walked from her bedroom, looking flustered as ever.
"You okay, love?" Sirius asked, lifting his head up from his copy of the Daily Prophet.
"Yeah, I'm just late for Ruby, I was supposed to pick her up ten minutes ago," she said, shoving the letter into her pocket.
He furrowed his brows. "Looks like a St Mungo's letter, are you not going to read it?"
"Later," she shook her head. "It's probably about Amethyst, she keeps disappearing from her ward."
"I'll pick you up later, from Molly's," Sirius told her, "Plus, I haven't seen Ruby in ages."
"Awwh, you miss her?"
"Of course, my favourite Wings sister,"
Opal raised her brow, "Okay then,"
"Well obviously I tell her that-"
"So you lie to my little sister?"
Sirius pursed up his lips, "Next time I'll just be quiet."
"Very wise," Remus added.
"Thanks Moony,"
"See you both in a bit," Opal said, grabbing a fist full of floo powder and leaving promptly.

"Opie, why can't you play Quidditch anymore?" Ruby asked, they were in the garden with Bill and Charlie, the two boys had decided to show Ruby the ropes to the game, with Opal's help of course.
"I had a really bad accident a few years ago,"
"Did it hurt?" Charlie asked, as he hovered on his broomstick.
"I think so, I can't really remember it."
"I heard that one time someone got so injured they ended up in the Sahara desert." Bill said.
"I'm pretty sure that's impossible, Bill." Opal laughed at his enthusiasm.
"I want to be a professional player," Ruby said, standing tall. "Just like my dad was."
Opal smiled and nodded. "I have no doubt you will do that, Rubes,"
Ruby smiled gleefully.
"Dinner's ready!" Molly called from the kitchen.
"Yes!" Charlie shouted running back inside the house followed closely by Bill and Ruby.
The three were already sitting by the time Opal walked into the kitchen, digging into their dinner, shepherd's pie was on the menu that evening.
Molly was heavily pregnant with twins, the due date was any day, Molly had told Opal she hoped they weren't born on April fools day, she couldn't cope with a set of troublesome twins like her brothers.
"You could have called for help, Molly." Opal said, as she was handed a plate.
"Not to worry, I had some help."
Sirius walked from behind her.
"Sirius!" Ruby exclaimed, jumping up and hugging him.
"Hi, Rubes!" he said, matching her energy, he picked her up and spun around.
"I missed you, I haven't seen you in ages." she said.
"That's because you've been really busy-"
"No you've been busy-"
