As the sun roze and morning started in the wakas house so did the work,
Now their house wasn't near as big as the havali with an army of maids and guards at every corner with big scary guns
But he preferred it that way... their routines were much more relaxed and chill compared to the strict and hectic schedule of the havali...

Their mornings usually started of with wakas heading to work and meerub jolting awake from anilas vacuuming.... DAILY
Same as today when meerub fell of the bed due to the loud noise of the vacuum at exactly... 7 AM??!?!

Meerub: yaar mama chution me tou araam se soney de!!!
She yelled annoyed with her eyes still closed as the noise of the vacuum continued...
Meerub: theek hai... mainey bhi nahi uthna!
She said as she jumped back on the bed and pulled the covers over her head

As anilas vacuuming continued from in front of meerubs room to the living room she expected to find it empty since wakas was usually already gone to work at this time of day...
But to her surprise she entered the living room finding wakas in his casual clothes sitting on the couch looking lost in thoughts...

Anila: wakas? App abhi tak gaye nahi? Aap ki tou important meeting thi na aaj?
Wakas: han vo bas... dil nahi kiya...
He said snapping out of his thoughts...
Anila: dil nahi kiya..? Aap tou khabi bila wajha chooti nahi kartey... tabiat tou theek hai aapki?
Wakas: han bas theek hi hai...
Anila: agar koi parishani hai to batade... dil halka ho jaye ga...
She said sitting besides him...
Wakas: wo kaal raat Kwaab mein shahnawaz bhai aye they...
He said sighing...
Wakas: bas tab se he dil zara udaas hai...
Anila: kya hua tha Kwaab mein..?
Wakas: kwaab mein hum dono beth ke bachpan ki baatai yaad kar rahey they has has ke... jaisey kia kartey they...
He said with a smile and eyes full of tears...
Anila: hmm...
She said looking away...

Wakas: our phir...
He said his smile fadding away...
Anila: phir...?
Wakas: phir wo mujhsey khaafa ho gaye...
Kehney lagey hum unse milney nahi aatey... hum sab ke sath honey se jo ronak thi... wo ronak khatam hoti jaa rahi hai...
Anila: waisey baat ghalat to nahi hai... jo us havaili main ronak sab ke saath thi... wo shahid ab nahi...

Wakas: anila main soch raha tha... kiu na hum havaili milney chaaley?
He said turning towards her with exitment
Anila: wakai?? Aap havaili jana chaaty hain?
Wakas: bohat saal bheet gaye apney apney kamo mei masroof rah ke... ke hum sahaid apno ko hi bhool gaye...
Anila: ye tou bohat achi baat hai! Main bhi kuch dino say havaili ko bohat yaad kar rahi thi! Aur kaal meerub bhi yaad kar rahi thi jab sarey bachey sath khelthe they! Kya hum wakai jaa saktey hai???
Wakas: kiu nahi jaa saktey? Main abhi anwar bhai ko call karke batata hu ke tyaryan karley hum aaj hi nikaltey hain!
He said excitedly

Wakas: suno meerub uth gai??
Anila: abi tou so rahi thi main usse uthathi hoon!
Wakas: arey tum aur tumhari in safaiyon ne thori soney dena hai meri beti ko? Uth gai hogi tumhari is vacuuming ki wajah se!
Anila: app ki beti hai wo! Itni asaani say nahi uth ti!
Wakas: acha baba tou usse uthao aur kaho jaldi packing kar le! Jaldi nickalna hai!
Anila: main utathi hoon!

Anila: Meerub.. meerub utho!
Anila said entering the room finding her fast asleep...
Anila: meerub.. beta jaldi utho!
She said gently shaking her
Meerub: mm hmm... soney de mama....
Anila: uff ye larki aisi nahi uthegi...
She said pulling the covers off her head
Anila: meerubbbb!
Meerub: uff kya hua mama!? Itni subha subha kiu utha rahi hai?! Wo bhi meri chootion main!!!
She said sitting herself on the bed
Anila: uth jao madam phir packing bhi karni hai!
Meerub: packing...? Kiu?? Koi kahi jaa raha hai??

Anila: koi aik nahi hum sab hi jaa rahey hai!
Meerub: kya? Kab? Kiu? Kahann???
Anila: meerub hum havaili jaa rahey hain!
She said a smile creeping up her face
Meerub: kya..???
She said surprised
Meerub: mama wakai havaili jaa rahey hain?!?!
She said jumping up excitedly
Anila: jiii! Aap ke baba abhi tumhari Anwar chacha ko inform kar rahey hain!
Meerub: aaj ja rahey hain?!?!
Anila: ji madam plan tou aaj ka hi hai agar app time se uth jain tou!
Meerub: main abhi change kar ke aati hoon phir packing shuru kartey hain!
She said jumping off the bed and skipping towards the bathroom
Anila: jaldiii!
She said smiling widely

Anila came down to find wakas sitting at the dining table
Wakas: arey bhai yahan nashta bhi miliga ke nahi??
Anila: main abhi lagati hoon!
Wakas: meerub uth gai??
Anila: ji uth gai! Bohat khush hui sun ke! Uchal ke gai hai tyaar honey or keh rahi thi phir packing shuru karengey!
Wakas: is khabar ne tou sab ko hi khush kar dia!

Anila: aapne anwar bhai ko bataya?
Wakas: oh ho khushi mein tou bhool hi gaya ke humney bataa ki jaana hai! Abhi call karta hoon...
He said dialing the number...
Anila: speaker pe lagain!
Wakas: acha ji..
He said putting it on speaker...
Anwar: hello?

Wakas: asalamualaikum anwar bhai!
Anwar: arey walaikumassalam wakas! Kaisey ho?
Wakas: bus Allah ka shukar hai! Aap batain?
Anway: Alhamdullilah! Aur sunao sab khariat?
Wakas: ji anwar bhai.. bus wo aap se kuch baat karney thi...
Anwar: han wakas bolo?
Wakas: bhai wo hum soch rahey they.. bohat saal guzar gaye... kiu na... hum havaili milney ajayn?
Anwar: wakas... wakai??? Tum anna cha rahe ho?!
He said excitedly
Wakas: ji anwar bhai!
Anwar: zaroor! Saw daffa aao! Kab aarahey ho?
Wakas: ji wo hum soch rahey they ke aaj hi nakal jain!
Anwar! Bikool! Jitney jaldi ho sakta hai aao!
Mein bhabi begam ko bata ke aya takey wo tyarian shuro kar dein!
Wakas: ji anwar bhai!
Anwar: to phir miltey hain Inshallah!
Wakas: Inshallah anwar bhai! Khudaahfiz
Anwar: Alahfiz!

Anila: kitney khush lag rahey they na!
Wakas: bilkul! Bohat khush...
He said with a wide smile..

Anwar: bhabi begum! Bhabi begum?!
He said almost running through the halls to reach the living room
Ma begum was in the living room on her throne like chair looking through some accounts...

Anwar: bhabi begum!
He exclaimed as he reached the living room
Maa begum: han anwar kya hua? Barey khush lag rahey ho!
She said smiling handing over the files to a maid
Anwar: bhabi begum vo wakas ki call aye thi!
Maa begam: acha? Kia keh raha tha? Sab khair?
She said smiling

Anwar: bhabi wo wakas aur anila havaili arahey hain!
He said with a wide smile and a tone filled with excitement
Maa begam: wakai??? Wo havaili arahey hain??
She asked surprised
Anwar: ji bhabi!
Maa begam: Mashallah! Itni khushi ki khabar hai! Kab arahey hain??

Anwar: bas aaj hi nikal jain ge!
Maa begam: Allah ka shukar hai! Lagta hai humarey ghar phir ronakain arahi hain!
Anwar: bilkul bhabi!
Maa begam: uff main chalti hoon! Itney kaam hain itney tyaryan karni hain!
She said getting up
Maa begam: fina! Jao tyaryan shuru karo! Akhir wakas khan itney saalo baad araha hai! Mujhy sab shandaar chayey!
Fina: ji ma begum...
She said leaving the living room

The news of their arrival spread like wildfire through the havaili overjoying everyone who got to know, The havaili was soon at its top With preparations being done, Some maids in the kitchen preparing delicious meals and some getting the guest bedrooms ready with the finest silk sheets and best decore, it seemed everyone was awaiting the arrival of wakas khan after 8 long years!

Beta jaldi packing karlo humney abhi nikalna hai!
Wakas said entering the room where anila and meerub were zipping up suitcases...
Meerub: bas hogaya baba!
Wakas: jaldi karo beta!
Anila: lay ji hogya sab tyaar ab chalayn?
Wakas: chalo chalo! Kahin late na hojain!

And so the luggage was loaded and they all got ready for a long drive to reach shahnawaz havali haidrabad!
To relive old emotions.... and maybe discover some new ones....😉
