Bali.

Last minute souvenir shopping, a bittersweet goodbye to Istanbul and a 12 hour flight across countries had soon pulled the pair right out of Turkey, to land at no other then the gorgeous island of Bali.

The breathtaking province of sandy beaches, awe worthy waterfalls and sights no other destination had yet to offer.

A spot it took him days of careful investigation to find out she liked, one he looked forward to himself.

Yet the very last stop of their trip, the final destination, the end of the dream like journey neither of them wished to put a close to.

Which Murtasim had sworn to not let a moment of waste.

Their luxurious stay brought with it the endless expance of their suite at the grand resort.

A space of rustic aesthetics, the most gorgeous veiws right outside wide set windows, sheer curtains and a crisp bed calling his name.

Now dimmed at the hour, painted blue from streaming moonlight, tinged in the cool of the air conditioner.

All leading to a private pool just a door away.

Which he had his eye on since they walked in.

And definitely ever since Murtasim made his way out the equally luxurious bathroom, fresh out of a shower, finally at ease.

Because there she was.

Meerub.

The girl who had raced to freshen up first. As soon as they got there. Before him. Without him.

Giving him a chance only once she was done, rushing away before he could catch her.

Yet now, stuck, left without excuse, right outside that door.

And once finally just steps away from it, Murtasim simply couldn't hold a smile.

The boy walked slow, deliberate, careful to not disturb the silance.

His hands worked to pull over his shoulders and tie a robe, a fluffy, white one she had insisted he'd use once speeding out the bathroom with her own.

As his gaze ignored the space.

Didn't even dare flicker.

Simply froze, glued, halted at that door.

Which he was pushing past in no time.

And unmistakably, as he stepped out, there she was.

His officially wedded wife.

Palm trees danced against the wind just beyond the glass railing of the balcony, the rippling waters of a private pool tucked to the side.

Blue hues colored the island, mingling with vibrant lights of the night, the moon seemed to shimmer brighter there.

And she watched it all, lost herself in it all.

Because the beauty curled up against a chair, clad in a matching robe, head turned towards the railing, eyes bright as they flickered.

And he just couldn't help but smile wider.

Murtasim: Itna acha lag raha hai...?
The murmur broke the silance, crashing against waves, lacing the swoosh of the air.

The boy's arms folded over his chest, his chin tipped low, he leaned his side against the doorframe.

And watched as she jerked a little from the words, her eyes going wide, spine straightening.

Before her face lit, lips curled, head swung behind for words, excitement, a whole conversation-
