A/N: It's the 100th part of this story and what better way to celebrate than some fluffy smut with everyone's favorite red-head. Andrew has been under the radar for a while, but it only takes one afternoon of watching old Sweet Boys podcast episodes for me to remember just how adorable he is. This is a continuation of part 87, "Dating," though not necessary to read that to get this one. Enjoy and thanks for the support throughout the years with this little writing journey. :)

"So let me just make sure I know what you want me to do," Garrett said breathlessly, running a hand through his messy sandy hair nervously as he gazed down at his best friend sat at his desk editing away. Andrew rolled his eyes a little, shaking his head.

"Garrett, it's really not that complicated of a plan. I call Y/N and tell her I have to bail on our anniversary dinner. You text and ask her to grab dinner with you and she hopefully agrees. You start driving down Santa Monica Boulevard and then instead of going to dinner, you tell her you need to make a quick stop. You park, walk up to Studio CLMBR , and then when you guys walk in, I'm there. She's surprised, we go about our anniversary, you go about your business and leave us to it." Andrew lifted both hands up as if to say voila, and Garrett wiggled his eyebrows.

"This is so cute!" the tall man exclaimed, clapping his hands together. There was not a single female on Earth that Garrett adored (except maybe for his mom and sister) as much as Andrew's girlfriend Y/N. The beautiful pediatric nurse had been friends with Garrett, Andrew and their L.A. friend group for years, and she and Andrew had become platonic best friends after they'd spent a fateful afternoon inadvertently tagging along on a rock climbing date between their friends Ricky and Clare at Studio CLMBR about three years prior. Andrew had been hopelessly in love with the Texas girl with the Southern twang since that day, but he'd spent the first few years silently pining away for her while spending every moment hanging out with her "as friends" while fighting the voices in his head which told him that the beautiful nurse was way too good to be interested in him romantically.

Exactly one year ago that day, though, things had changed. Y/N had been driving home and had been followed by a strange car into her neighborhood. She'd lost the stranger and gotten safely into her house but she was rattled and called Andrew to come over. He ran over and enveloped her into his arms, and before he knew it, he was professing his undying love for his friend. Shockingly (or not really given how adorable Andrew was), Y/N felt the same way about him. They'd been exclusively dating since that very second, and they'd spent the last year basically attached at the hip, spending every second together, most of them with their lips locked or their hands intertwined.

Andrew was 100% sure that Y/N was going to be his wife one day, and while it took some restraint on his part not to get down on one knee with a huge rock on their anniversary, he decided to wait a little longer until he had more concrete plans for the future to pitch to her. In the past few months, he'd started to think about potentially moving back to Illinois and going back to school, and Y/N was very open about her interest in leaving L.A. at some point to have a family in a more normal city with less celebrity culture. She'd previously told him that if he wanted to move home or anywhere else that she'd be open to it, as her nursing career did not require her to be in L.A. and Andrew was really the only thing keeping her there. He figured he'd hammer out his plans and figure out what schools he'd apply to before proposing to her, wanting to make sure she knew he was organized and ready to settle down and have a family before uprooting his love.

That did not mean, however, that he wasn't planning something for their one year anniversary. Although they'd only been officially together for the year, to Andrew it felt like much longer, since meeting Y/N four years ago was when he felt like his life really started. From the minute Y/N was in his life, he felt purpose, and the past year of being Y/N's boyfriend had done wonders for everything from Andrew's health to his career plans to his confidence level, and it had also altered the way he thought about relationships in general. No longer did he feel like he wasn't a fully-formed person unworthy of being someone's boyfriend. With Y/N everything made sense, and he had never felt happier in his life.
