A/N: By now, all real Andrew fans have seen the photos he and Garrett did for their podcast. I think we can all agree that he looks like sex on a stick in the pictures, and my creative juices were flowing looking at our ginger prince in that suit! This entire thing is based on that photo. Enjoy! :)

"OK, guys, now stand kind of close to each other, shoulder-to-shoulder, and give me sort of like a serious, but kind of cocky look," Jack said, walking all around the studio to catch the boys at different angles. "Let's put the glasses back on. And Andrew, muck up your hair a little bit more. Like ruffle it up," the photographer said, adjusting his camera lense. Andrew cleared his throat, catching a glimpse of himself in the side mirror hung on the wall in Jack's studio, and he felt a small bit of doubt creep into his head.

"I don't know, Jack. Are you sure this is working?" the introverted red-head asked, looking between his photographer friend and his best pal Garrett, and they both nodded. "Yes! It looks great. I think it's awesome, the perfect vibe because the point of the podcast is that you guys are like wholesome sweethearts. And these photos are a little bit bad boy. It's the perfect dichotomy," Jack insisted, and Garrett nodded in agreement. "It's giving me Beastie Boys Sabotage vibes, and that's exactly what I pictured!" Garrett shrieked in excitement.

Andrew and Garrett were taking promo pictures for their long-awaited and soon-to-be released podcast, entitled "Sweet Boys." The best friends had been talking about the potential of collaborating for the better part of the last year, but it had only recently come to fruition. With Andrew's responsibilities to Shane fading away as Shane took an extended break from You Tube, the duo had come to an agreement. Andrew should be free to pursue other opportunities while Shane was in limbo. They hadn't had a "falling out," per se, but it was definitely clear to them both that whatever partnership they'd had going, it was done, at least for the present, and Andrew was partly relieved. He loved Shane and everything they'd created, but he didn't love the things he had done in the past. And he definitely didn't love the drama that Shane often got into, being that Andrew was as averse to drama as humanly possible. Podcasting with his partner-in-crime Garrett was much more Andrew's speed, and he couldn't help but think that working with Garrett would give him some much-needed work/life balance as well.

There was only one problem. Andrew hated the spotlight. It wasn't so much that he was too nervous to talk on the podcast, or even to be in the videos which would accompany it. He was game for that, having gotten his start on Vine and gotten used to being on video from his time with the Vlog Squad and with Shane. It was more that he didn't love self-promotion. But he wanted to stretch himself professionally, and so he and Garrett had gotten new management. At the encouragement of Andrew's friend Heath Hussar, the two had been signed by 28th Ave, a management company led by Ben Cohen, who had graduated college with some of Heath's friends.

Ben produced and distributed Heath and Zane's podcast, and a host of others, and he was an expert at promoting You Tubers. He was confident that the massive following Garrett and Andrew had collectively amassed on YouTube and Instagram, coupled with his promotional ideas, would make the Sweet Boys podcast as big as Zane and Heath, if not bigger. The first step was to give the boys their own marketing image, and thus, their friend Jack Dytrych was called in to take photos of the guys for their social media platforms. Jack took photos of all the Vlog Squad and he was an ace at making his subjects look edgy and fun, with a little bit of humor. It was no secret that Andrew and Garrett were social media darlings. But Ben and his wife and work partner Ashley had honed in on one marketing technique in particular. Andrew was ridiculously handsome. And the fangirls online definitely took notice. Ben figured highlighting Andrew's obvious good looks and sex appeal in the photos couldn't hurt in promoting the podcast to potential new viewers.

There was nothing that made Andrew less comfortable that when anyone discussed his looks. He was used to Shane fans fawning all over him on his Instagram and in the comments of the You Tube videos, but he mostly ignored them, never one to spend much time on social media. Still, the perpetually nervous redhead was shy and introverted, and nothing could turn him redder quicker than when people talked about his sexiness, called him "hot" or "Daddy" on Insta, or otherwise referred to his rugged handsome features. He'd tried everything he could to be more confident, but thirsty comments on his looks made him want to jump out of his own skin. But he knew how important correctly marketing the podcast was to its success, so he begrudgingly went along with the plan.
