"Oh my god!!! Let's do another shot Andy!" Y/N shrieked, giggling away as she held on to her best friend's arm. Andrew smiled slightly, rolling his eyes playfully. "I think we're good, Little Miss. You definitely are," he said quietly, and she shook her head. "OK, Dad!" she said sarcastically, making a face at Morgan, and the blonde girl dissolved into giggles.

Andrew and Y/N had been friends for years, since Andrew had moved into his first apartment in Los Angeles and started hanging out with the Vlog Squad. Y/N had at the time been a struggling actress in Hollywood who was friends with Liza Koshy, Carly and Erin, and she knew Andrew when he was dating Gabbie Hanna and living with Carly and Erin. As time had gone on, Andrew had ended the relationship with Gabbie and found success working with Shane Dawson and the Squad. Meanwhile, Y/N had decided to grow up and get a regular job, so she went back to school, getting her masters degree in education, and she taught high school history and coached the dance team at Harvard-Westlake, an expensive private school in L.A. They'd stayed friends, however, and Y/N still adored spending time with the sweethearted redhead.

Andrew adored Y/N too. A lot. He had long been interested in her as way more than a friend, as he thought she was beautiful, hilarious, and kind. He'd thrown around the idea of asking her out a million times, but for whatever reason, he always chickened out, sure the beautiful teacher didn't see him as anything other than a good friend. Hanging out with her was kind of torture, as he was so attracted to her that he could barely focus on anything else, but on the other hand, he loved spending time with her.

That night, Y/N had texted Andrew to see if he wanted to hang out and go to a party at their mutual friend Heath Hussar's house. Andrew and Heath were still close friends from the Vlog Squad days, while Y/N was close with both Heath and his girlfriend Mariah. Y/N had told Andrew she'd ride to Heath's with Carly and meet him there, and Andrew decided to bring Morgan and his best friend Caleb.

When Andrew arrived at Heath's he was surprised to see Y/n already three drinks in, hanging out with Carly, Mariah and David Dobrik's assistants Natalie and Taylor, and the girls were in party mode. Andrew smiled to himself a little, as seeing Y/N throw caution to the wind and have a good time with the girls was a rare occurrence these days. Since she'd become a teacher, she'd definitely curbed her party girl ways, and seeing her let loose kind of reminded him of when they'd first met and his massive crush on her had just started. But he was also a little concerned as he could see she was already fading, not used to downing shots like in the old days. His nervousness heightened when Morgan immediately jumped in, downing two shots in a row to catch up with Y/N and the others.

As soon as they arrived, Y/N made a beeline for Andrew, throwing her arms around his neck and shrieking, almost falling into him, and he quickly grabbed her by her waist to steady her. Andrew flashed her his patented perfect grin, thinking in his head how they were in for a long night as Caleb laughed out loud.

As the night wore on, the drinks kept flowing, with Morgan catching up quickly. At some point, Andrew, Heath, Caleb and Matt King looked on with amusement as Y/N, Morgan, Carly and Mariah stood on the coffee table in Heath's living room, belting out songs while Natalie played music on her cell phone, pumping it through the portable speaker in the living room. Natalie started to play old school hip hop, and Mariah and Y/N danced suggestively, showing off their impressive dance skills as the girls cheered. As the guys all laughed, Matt turned to Andrew with a grin.

"Even completely loaded and ready to fall over, Y/N is still an 11, huh buddy?" he asked Andrew pointedly, and Andrew's cheeks turned pink. His friends had long known about his crush on Y/N. The only person who didn't seem to know about it was Y/N herself, and Andrew smiled wryly as he watched her dance with Mariah. "Yeah, she's ridiculous," he said lowly, and Matt laughed. "Aren't you ever gonna make your move?" he asked, and Andrew shrugged. "Not right now, that's for damn sure," he said softly, and Matt nodded in understanding. "Yeah, totally," the blond said.
