Unpleasant Surprise

Felix's POV:

"Minho." I lightly knocked on his door, not wanting to disturb anyone.

"Come in, Yongbokie."

I opened the door to see him scrolling through his phone with Soonie, Doongie, and Dori surrounding his bed.

"So something happened tonight and I need you to tell me if it was a good decision or not." I personally think it was, but I still don't know what happened last night. He placed his phone down and sat up, giving me his full attention. "Hyunjin and I are back together."

"I see." He nodded. "For starters, I'm happy for you both. You know I think Hyunjin is a great person and I love the kid to death. But..."

He raised his eyebrows high, preparing me for what he was about to say next.

"But?" The anticipation was killing me.

"But if he's still living with his parents, you guys are probably going to struggle. That's just the hard truth." I scoffed, remembering what Ms. Jung said earlier. "Hyunjin loves his parents, Yongbokie. I don't know how, but all of a sudden he does. You need to tread carefully with something like that. If you try and disrespect them, he will defend them."

"I'll just avoid the topic, problem solved."

"Problem not solved. They don't like you one bit so you should be afraid. If they push enough, they will be able to convince him that you're not a good person." That's a very valid point. The thought of it sent a shiver down my spine.

I groaned, feeling my phone repeatedly vibrate in my back pocket. It was Wooyoung. He can wait.

"I'm not leaving him again."

"Good, he needs you."

I was getting annoyed by the constant buzzing from my phone.

Wooyoung
That conversation didn't go well at all...

"Oh, for fuck's sake." I groaned, quickly texting him back.

"What happened?"

"Wooyoung and Hyunjin had a talk and it didn't go well."

Felix
What happened?

Wooyoung
That fucker loves his damn parents

That's what happened

"I'm assuming he brought up his parents?"

"He did." I sighed.

Wooyoung
But I gave him the idea to look in his parents room bc he claims they've hung up his artwork

If they're not up, I'm really hoping it'll trigger something in his mind

"Wow, Wooyoung came up with a decent idea for once." I was pretty impressed. "He told Hyunjin to look in his parent's room to see if they've hung up his artwork."

Minho also seemed impressed by the idea. "If he sees it's not there, he'll realize his parents really are pieces of shit and they're just being fake to his face."

"Exactly."
