Jisung's POV:

This was a bold move, but I don't really care too much. I knocked on Seonghwa's door knowing Minho was here because of his parked car.

Hearing that Minho potentially moved on is one of the things that set me straight. I know I've had territorial issues in the past, but this felt different. It's not that I don't want him to be with anyone else, it's that I don't want to be with anyone else.

Seonghwa was the one that answered the door. He was a lot scarier in person. Taller than me, bad case of bitch face, and platinum blonde hair that almost looked white.

"Can I talk to Minho?" I didn't mean to sound as timid as I did, but all my confidence nearly went out the window once I realized this guy was definitely a major upgrade compared to me.

"Minho!" He stuck his head back inside and called. "Your ex is here!" The words stung a little bit.

Minho came to the door wearing an oversized sweatshirt along with his glasses. My heart started to beat at the adorable sight.

"Hi, Jisung." His voice was soft which took me by surprise. I was expecting a cold greeting.

"Hey." I sighed. "How are you?"

"I'm okay, you?"

"I'm okay." I nodded.

"How's Jeongin's?" I knew he wanted to make small talk for things to be less awkward but I really wanted to cut to the chase. But then again, I'll take advantage of every second he's willing to give me.

"It's actually really nice. We share a room which is kinda rough sometimes, but other than that, I really like it there. His parents are really nice and I get along with his brothers pretty well too."

"Good." He smiled. "I'm glad to hear that."

I cleared my throat, taking the chance to bring up what I came here for. "So," I began, "I thought about a lot between us. I'm so sorry. I was such an asshole the entire time and I was too much of a narcissist to even see it."

"It's okay." He nodded. "I forgive you."

"Wait, really?" I couldn't believe it. Even though our conversation had been going well, I expected him to tell me to fuck off.

"Yes." He smiled. "I can tell you're being sincere so there's no reason for me to hold a grudge."

"Wow, okay." I sighed in relief. "But I wanted to ask you if we could be friends. Like actual friends. I know you have Seonghwa now and what not and I'd never get in the middle of that. But I just wanted to see if we could start over?"

"Ji, Seonghwa isn't my boyfriend."

"Wait, he's not?" Huh? "But I thought you guys..."

"We do." He laughed. "But that's mainly what we do. We hang out as friends, but that's it. I just wanted to clear that up. But to answer your question, we can start over. I'd like that a lot." I nodded awkwardly, not really knowing what to say next. "How'd it go over there?" He tilted his head towards Wooyoung's house.

"Minho." Seonghwa came back into view, seeming a lot less intimidating since he was talking to him rather than me. "He asked to hang out." I had absolutely no idea who he could possibly be referring to, but judging by Minho's reaction, it was a big deal.

"Go, go, go! Get the fuck out!" Minho laughed.

"That means you too." Seonghwa smiled. "I'll tell you how it goes." He shouted, running to his car.

Minho turned back to face me and cleared his throat. "You hungry?" He asked. I nodded and tried my best to contain my smile. My cheeks were starting to hurt from the immense effort. "I've been in the mood for sushi lately." Sushi was what him and I usually got so of course that's what he'd suggest. I didn't say anything back because I'm sure he knew I'd have no complaints.
