"You stay by the car." I pointed to Minho.

"After all I've done, you're making me stay here?" He whined.

"Did you forget the plan?"

"Oh, right." He nodded.

Wooyoung, Felix, San, and Yeosang all followed me into my house. It was dinner time so I knew we'd be passing my parents in the kitchen.

I watched the agitation grow on both their faces. They wouldn't dare yell at me in front of guests.

"Alright." I closed my door and held Kkami in my arms. I knew it would be the last time I'd ever see him so I needed to take advantage of this moment. "San, get on the roof. Yeosang, start passing things to him." San was going to throw everything to Minho who I told to stay outside so he could put it all in my car. I was getting out of here tonight. "You two, come with me." Wooyoung and Felix followed to stand right in front of my parents.

"Hyunjin, what did you do to your hair?" My mother smiled, but I could tell she wanted to strangle me.

"Oh, you like it?" I returned the smile. "I wanted to give blue another shot." I was originally going with blonde, but I figured if I'm going to make a grand exit, the hair needed to be outlandish.

"Love it." Her knuckles were turning white from clenching her fists so hard.

"Oh! You guys remember my boyfriend, Felix, right?" I pulled him close by his waist and kissed his cheek.

"And how could you forget your favorite person in the world?" Wooyoung smiled with his hands under his chin like the little princess he is.

I sighed, feeling smug. I pulled Wooyoung to my right side and kept Felix on my left. "One giant virus." Wooyoung started to laugh at my words. "I was dumb enough to give you another chance and you still blew it, congrats. So I'll be leaving now."

"You're not going anywhere." My father refused to look at me.

"Actually, you can't tell me what to do so I'll be on my way." I tapped Felix and Wooyoung so they detached themselves from me. My father stood up and got in my face, trying to intimidate me. "I think hitting your son in front of people is a pretty weak move, don't you think?" I whispered, staring directly into his eyes. He was furious, fighting the urge to lay his hands on me it seemed. "But if you want to show us what a real man looks like, go ahead."

"Hyunjin." It was San. I laughed right in my father's face. "You good to go?"

"Yeah, give me a sec. My dad is trying to teach me a lesson I think? I can't really tell. Kinda embarrassing if you ask me."

San walked over to us and led Felix and Wooyoung away.

"Hello, I'm San." He introduced himself with the same smug smile that I had. For someone who also has parental issues, he's probably living out a fantasy. "I'm Wooyoung's boyfriend." Both my parents gasped. "Oh my god." San raised his hands and mocked them. "Hyunjin has more gay friends? Yeah, you seemed to like one of them a lot too."

"You really thought Minho wouldn't tell me what you guys said?" I shook my head. "Shame, shame." We all heard Wooyoung's laughter in the distance. Of course he was watching the whole scene play out. He's been anticipating this moment longer than anyone. "Never again. You've ruined my life enough, be grateful I don't want to ruin yours. Bye."

San and I went back into my room and locked the door behind us. It was completely empty other than my bed and my dresser just like before. Kkami was barking on the ground. I smiled, feeling tears brim at my eyes. I gave him small kisses even though he's always hated them.
