Prime Minister's mansion....
"What did you say?" Birbhrat frowned as he asked. The man standing infront of him was a sevak who works as a sweeper in the royal palace. But he was also a informer of Birbhrat is secret. The sevak lowered his head as he told the incident.
"Prime Minister, the bloody body of the dancer was still lying on the road when I was coming here. The commoners started to whisper about it"
Birbhrat clenched his fist, "how did this happened?" He asked as he couldn't hide his anger. He had work hard finding Vehila who is beautiful and could also work for him. He thought once she could seduce the Samrat, then it will be great. But all his plan was trampled so fast that he didn't even get the chance to react. Vehila just entered the palace yesterday and she was dead today?
"Vehila was sent to the Samragyi Mahal in the morning. Samrat's personal sevak led her there. After sometime I heard that all the Kunwaries was also taken to the Samragyi Mahal. No one knows what happened there. There's not a palace made who serves in the Samragyi Mahal to get the inner information. Before the noon, one of Samragyi's sevika carried a bloody body of the dancer out and directly throw it on the palace gate. She even told that the dancer has offered the Kunwaries calling them names and even dragged Samrat's name down. So as a Punishment Samragyi ordered to beat the dancer to death and thrown the body on the road as a warning to all for the consequences of scheming against the royals" the sevak replied.
"This Samragyi again?" Birbhrat slapped the table angrily. Wasn't this Samragyi is a village girl? How come she could act so brazenly and the Samrat seemed to be ignorant of this action? The Samragyi was clever not to put any palace sevikas in her mahal. This way no one could ask or get any information about her.
"You go and watch out" he ordered. The sevak nodded and left immediately.
"Go and investigate this Samragyi's background again. I need to know every detailed information about her. And make arrangements to capture one of the sevikas of Samragyi. If I can make use of her then I can control Samragyi's movement ahead" Birbhrat ordered with a stern face.
The two secret guards who were hiding in the dark immediately left hearing the order. Birbhrat thought for a while. He felt like he was missing something but he don't understand what is it. This new Samragyi seemed to be mysterious. She even used the Kunwaries as an excuse. Samrat himself was the crafty one and now this Samragyi appeared out of no where. If she and Samrat paired up then it will be really difficult to handle and control the court. Birbhrat fell in deep silence. He really needed to think of something. He needed to see this new Samragyi. Since she arrived no one has seen her personally.
"Maalik what are you going to do now?" Duan, his personal sevak asked.
"Since she is so cunning then I would like to see how she handles the situation in the court. She is staying in the inner palace and working secretly. I will drag her out of her shell" Birbhrat looked resolute. His eyes shown a glint of evilness.
For years he has been playing along to get his hand over the throne. The late Samrat was kind of weaker than his brother. He thought before dying he would definitely pass the throne to his own son but to his surprise he passed the throne to Manik. Since young Manik was always crafty with his words and actions. He feared if Manik get the throne then it will be difficult to handle the court. He also persuaded the late Samrat but that fool of a man didn't heard him and directly made the will for Manik to sit on the throne after he passed away. Then he thought sending his daughter in the palace. Once his daughter grab Samrat's heart he would be able to control over the weakness. But again that crafty man was really immune to the beauty and her charm which failed his pre-made plan miserably.
