After two more days finally the traditional rituals were completed. Manik and Nandini has given their last ahuti as the Pujari announced that their Puja was fulfilled. Pradhan and Pramita was also there to help them. The pujari sprinkled holy water on them from the Purna kalash before leaving.
Pradhan walked towards them with a smile, "since all the rituals were completed, Samrat when you are planning to return back?"
"Tomorrow" Manik replied which surprised the village couple.
"Tomorrow?" Pramita gasped as she looked at Nandini.
"Samrat isn't it little faster? How about staying few more days here?" Pradhan tried to persuade.
"Gangghor has been left alone for such a long time. I couldn't delay anymore. Besides the Holi is also nearing, we have to return back before it"
Pradhan sighed, "yes, of course" he finally nodded, "then I will arrange for your leaving" he glanced at his wife while saying this. Pramita looked sad. She has asked him to request the Samrat to stay few more days, but it looked like this matter couldn't be dragged anymore. Though he felt bad for his wife, he couldn't force Samrat too.
After Manik and Pradhan left Nandini turned towards Pramita, "it seems like we only have today"
"Yes" Pramita nodded, "I hope Samragyi won't mind if I did any mistakes"
Nandini smiled, "you didn't" she took her hand in hers, "you are thinking too much. Actually after coming here I got to see many things and understood some unknown facts. It's all thanks to you. If you haven't guided me, I wouldn't be able to gain such experience"
Nandini's words teared Pramita up. She wiped her eyes then smiled, "I haven't done anything. It's just Samragyi has clear sight"
"Let's leave, the sun is going up now" Nandini looking at the sun.
"I have already prepared the meal. You haven't eaten since morning because of the puja"
Nandini nodded in agreement, "well, I would like that"
"Then please come with me" Pramita said and two of them left the temple.

"Sirdar" Siaum walked in with a serious expression. There was a huge long cut mark on his cheek which covered half of her face.
Kanishk was drinking as he turned his head looking at the man who just disturbed his fine moment. He frowned slightly, "Siaum, what is it?"
"Sirdar, the leader of Nightfall is here" Siaum informed.
"Leader of Nightfall?" Kanishk frowned before he waved his hand gesturing Siaum to let the man in.
Siaum nodded before leaving the room and after sometime a man walked in. Kanishk smiled as he looked at the man observing his steps which was getting closer to him.
"You are finally here" Kanishk said narrowing his eyes, "why do I feel like you are disappointed?"
Kimant pursed his lips, "you didn't say it was her" there's a kind of accusing tone in his voice.
"Does that matters?" Kanishk laughed, "you should only concern about completing your task and who you have to go against shouldn't concern you"
Kimant clenched his fist, "a batch was killed because of it" he couldn't hold back his anger anymore, "if I knew it was her, I would have been cautious. It was lucky that I could save Swaham in time or I would have suffered a great loss" he said through gritted teeth.
