My player kicks the ball and it soars through the air and into the goal.

"Nice shot," Brooklyn says and high fives me.

"Thanks," I say.

We've been playing FIFA for about two hours now. It's really fun, too.

The first game, Brooklyn won, and this game, I'm close to winning. Brooklyn's player kicks the ball and it goes into the goal, and the game is now over.

"Good game," Brooklyn smiles at me.

"Same for you."

The both of us grab our bowls and head to the kitchen. Brooklyn takes my bowl and puts it into the sink. Victoria walks in with Harper, Cruz, and Romeo following behind her.

"Would you like to stay for dinner, Madison?"

"No, I wouldn't want to bother you."

"You won't be a bother," she says.

"Are you sure?"

"Of course," Victoria says.

Okay. Looks like I'm staying for dinner. This morning, I didn't know I'd be spending the day with the Beckham's, or even meet them.

"I'm going to make pasta," Victoria says as she gets the ingredients for it.

I absolutely adore this woman.

My phone starts to vibrate against my boobs. This probably looks weird to them. I quickly walk out of the room and answer the call.

"Hello?"

"Madison Barker, where are you?"

"I'm still with my friend, mum."

"I told you to be back by six and it is now six twenty."

"They asked me to stay for dinner," I tell her.

"Is this new friend of yours a girl or a boy?"

"Boy."

"Okay, be home by nine."

"Bye, love you."

"Love you, too."

I hang up and walk back into the kitchen where only Harper and Victoria is. I stand next to Victoria.

"Want me to do anything?"

"No thank you. If you want, you can sit down next to Harper and draw with her."

I sit down next to Harper at the table and watch her colour the princess that's in the colouring book.

She notices me staring and smiles at me. I smile back as she hands me another colouring book. She puts the crayons in the middle and goes back to colouring.

I grab a brown crayon and start to colour the hair of the girl in the book.

After and hour of colouring with Harper, dinner is ready and Victoria calls for everyone. I help Harper put away the crayons and colouring books. She grabs my hand as we walk towards the kitchen.

I grab a plate and put some pasta on it. I grab a fork and walk to the table and sit down in a chair. Victoria helps Harper with her plate as the four boys put food on theirs.

I know what you're thinking. How can Madison be so calm when David Beckham is like ten feet away from her? I actually don't know how I'm so calm. I guess I'm over the fact that I know the Beckham's.

The family of six soon join me at the table. We say grace then dig in to the pasta.

"How old are you, Madison?"

"I'm sixteen," I tell Mr. David Beckham.

"Are you still in school?"

"No."

He takes a small break and eats some more of his pasta and I do the same.

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"

"I want to be either a doctor or a veterinarian."

We all know I'd rather be a doctor.

"Good choices," he says and smiles at me.

I finish eating the same time Romeo finishes and I wipe my mouth off with a napkin.

Victoria stands up and takes all the plates and goes over to the sink. David walks over to her and wraps his arms around her waist. He whispers something in her ear and she smiles before saying something back to him. David walks out of the room and Romeo and Cruz go over to their mum. They leave after a second and Brooklyn walks over to me.

"Thanks for the meal, Mum."

"You're welcome," she replies.

Brooklyn leaves the room and I walk over to Victoria.

"Need any help?"

"Oh no, Sweetheart."

"Then I'll keep you company," I say and sit down on the counter.

I sit there for a while.

"How exactly did you and Brooklyn meet at the football game?"

"I was waiting for a hamburger and walking towards a wall, then I started to touch it. Brooklyn asked me if I was okay and I told him that the wall was cold and felt good because it was very warm out. He walked towards me and felt it as well. Now that I think about it, it was pretty weird."

Victoria looks at me for a split second before laughing. I join in and we finally stop after a minute or so.

"Do you like my son?"

"I don't know."

She nods her head before changing the subject.

"What time do you have to be home?"

"Before nine," I tell her.

"It's almost eight. Let's get you back," she says and dries her hands off.

She walks down the hall with me and Harper following.

"I'm taking Madison home," Victoria says as we enter the living room.

Harper tugs on my shirt and I look down at her. She smiles at me before hugging me.

"Bye, Maddie."

"Bye, Harper."

She runs over to the couch and sits down next to Cruz.

"Bye, Madison," Romeo and Cruz say in unison.

I smile at them as Brooklyn gets up and walks towards me.

"Goodbye," he says and wraps his arms around my waist.

He lets go before I can do the same and walks back to his seat on the couch.

"Goodbye, Madison," David says as he walks closer to me and Victoria.

"Goodbye," I say.

He kisses Victoria on the lips before turning to me.

"Come back soon, love."

"I'll try," I say and walk out of the house with Victoria.

I get into the passenger seat and Victoria in the drivers. She starts the car and drives out of the driveway and onto the streets of London. I give Victoria the directions to my house.

"Here we are," she says and stops in front of my house.

"Thank you for the ride," I say and hug her.

She hugs me back before unlocking the car.

"Bye, Maddie," Victoria calls as I open the door to my house.

I wave to her before entering my house. I close the door and go to my room. Today was a great day. I went shopping in London and ate dinner with the Beckham's. They seem like family now.
