Y/N's POV

I was so excited to be filming a car video with the Sturniolo Triplets. We were all packed into the car - Matt in the driver's seat, Chris in the front passenger seat, Nick in the back seat, and me squeezed in next to Nick.

I felt really weak today, knowing my anaemia was acting up, but I pushed through it, wanting today to be filled with laughs and jokes.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. As we started driving, I felt a wave of dizziness wash over me. I leaned over to Nick and whispered, "I feel dizzy Nick, I think I might faint." Nick immediately turned to Chris and said, "Cut the camera, she's not feeling well."

Matt must have overheard us because he turned around in his seat and reached back to hold my hand. "Are you okay, bubs? Take some deep breaths for me," he asked, concern evident in his voice.

I took a few deep breaths, trying to fight off the darkness creeping at the edges of my vision. "Matt," I said, trying to stay awake, but despite my best efforts, I went limp and passed out in the back seat.

Matt's POV

"Matt," Y/N whispered before she went limp, as Nick caught her head before it smacked on the window of the car. I still kept her hand in mine, running my thumb over he knuckles as Chris went to the store across the street to grab some water.

"Is she gonna be okay?" Nick asked, as I nodded my head. "She's a fighter Nick, she'll come around in about 5 minutes, so you might just want to place her head on the window, so your arm doesn't get tired." I said, as Nick slowly placed Y/N's head on the cold glass of the window.

I was right, around 5 minutes later, I saw Y/N's eyes flutter open, however she looked pale.

"She's waking up." Nick said softly as Chris came back into the car.

Y/N's POV

I could hear voices around me as I slowly came to. "She's waking up," I heard Nick say calmly.

When I opened my eyes, I felt nauseous and still dizzy. I managed to sit up and mumble, "I need to go to the bathroom."

Matt immediately followed me out of the car, his hand on my back for support. However, he stopped and looked at his brothers for a moment. Nick and Chris exchanged a look before Nick said, "Go with her, Matt. We'll be fine here."

In the bathroom, I leaned over the toilet and vomited, feeling Matt kneel behind me, rubbing my back and holding my hair back. "It's okay bubs, let it out, it's okay." I spoke calmly, as I continued rubbing her back.

Once I was done, Matt helped me up and we returned to the car. "Everyone ready?" Nick asked. We all nodded and then Chris turned the camera back on and we continued the video, laughing and joking around like nothing had happened.

Throughout the rest of the video, Matt kept a close eye on me, making sure I was okay. And despite the rocky start, we ended up having a great time filming together.
