TW~Seizure and epilepsy.

Y/N's POV

I couldn't contain my excitement as Jake, Johnnie, and Tara approached me with wide grins on their faces. We were going to a club, celebrating Jake hitting 2 million subscribers on YouTube. The atmosphere was buzzing with music and laughter, and I couldn't wait to let loose and celebrate with the love of my life.

"Hey love." Jake said, wrapping his arm around my shoulders and pulling me close. "Are you ready to have some fun tonight?"

I giggled and nodded, feeling a rush of adrenaline coursing through my veins. "I can't wait, babe. Let's make tonight one to remember."

As we entered the club, the lights and music washed over us, creating an electric atmosphere that was infectious. I felt the bass thumping in my chest as we made our way to the bar and ordered a round of drinks to kick off the night.

I took a few sips of my cocktail and felt a warm sensation spreading through me. The music pumped louder, and the lights dimmed as the DJ started playing a mix of my favorite songs. I couldn't help but dance and lose myself in the moment.

But then, the strobe lights and lasers kicked in, sending flashes of bright light across the dance floor. My heart started racing, and I felt disoriented and dizzy. I have epilepsy, but it's mild, so I didn't think it would cause me a problem. I tried to focus on Jake, who was standing a few feet away, but everything seemed to blur around me.

"Love, are you okay?" Jake's voice cut through the chaos, and I felt his hand on my shoulder, trying to steady me.

"I-I don't feel good Jake." I managed to say before my legs gave out beneath me, and I fell to the floor, unconscious.

Jake's POV

"I-I don't feel good Jake." She said, before her eyes rolled back and she collapsed to the floor, seizing violently.

"Johnnie, Tara, call an ambulance!" I yelled, as I grabbed Y/N's hands keeping them still. Tara was nearly in tears as she called the ambulance. I'm so scared, she's never had a seizure before. Even though I probably shouldn't do this, I picked her up and moved her to a private room, where the security let me in.

Tge room was thankfully empty, so I set he on the floor again, as Johnnie cleared the space. Tara appeared again with tge paramedics as they checked her over, and about 2 minutes later, she stopped convulsing and she opened her eyes.

Y/N's POV

When I woke up, I was in a dimly lit room with Jake sitting beside me, holding my hand tightly. Johnnie and Tara stood by the door, their concerned expressions melting away when they saw me stir.

"Oh, thank god you're awake," Tara exclaimed, rushing over to my side. "We were so worried about you, Y/N."

"W-What happened?" I asked completely and utterly confused.

"You have epilepsy Y/N, you passed out and had a seizure." The paramedic explained, as I shut my eyes. "I'm so sorry guys, I should've told you." I whispered, as Jake shook his head. "It doesn't matter, you're okay." He said as he kissed my forehead.

The paramedics were finishing up their assessment, and I could hear them reassuring Jake that I was going to be okay. I felt a wave of relief wash over me as they packed up their equipment and prepared to leave.

"You scared the hell out of me, Y/N," Jake said, his voice shaky with emotion. "I don't know what I would do if something happened to you."

I reached out and cupped his cheek, feeling a lump form in my throat. "I'm sorry, Jake. I didn't mean to ruin your celebration."

Jake shook his head, his eyes filled with love and concern. "You didn't ruin anything, love. Your health is more important than any party. Let's get you home and make sure you're okay."

Despite my protests, Jake scooped me up in his arms, carrying me bridal style as Johnnie and Tara followed behind us. We made our way outside, where an Uber was waiting to take us home.

As we settled into the backseat, Jake held me close, his arms wrapped protectively around me. Johnnie and Tara got into the Uber behind us, making sure we got home safely.

The ride was quiet, with Jake whispering sweet nothings in my ear as I leaned my head against his chest, feeling safe and loved. When we arrived at our house, Jake carried me inside and laid me down on the couch, tucking a blanket around me and sitting beside me, never once letting go of my hand.

"Thank you for taking care of me, Jake," I whispered, feeling tears prickling at the corners of my eyes. "I love you so much."

Jake pressed a gentle kiss to my forehead, his eyes filled with warmth and adoration. "I love you more than anything, Y/N. I'll always be here for you, no matter what."
