TW~Panic attack.
Y/N'S POV
I sat on the couch, sitting by my best friends Sam and Colby. We were all hanging out, just relaxing after a long day. I was still getting used to this whole "being alive again" thing, but it was getting easier.
Me, Sam, Colby, Chris, Matt and Nick all done a video together explaining what happened at the Driskill as many people believed thar it was edited, but I showed them my death certificate, and told them what I experienced.
I became some sort of phenomenon- if you can call it that.
"Hey, Y/N can I ask you something?" Sam asked, turning to them.
"Of course, what's up?" I replied, leaning back in my chair.
"Do you think you could go back to the Driskill Hotel?" He questioned, my voice shaking slightly. Sam and Colby exchanged a look, and then I spoke up. "Why would you want to go back there?"
I took a deep breath. "I don't know...I just feel like we need to go back. We need to see if there's any thing saying that your killer is still there."
Me and Colby looked at each other, and then I said, "I don't know if that's a good idea. We don't know what's going on there."
But Sam was pretty determined. "I really want to go back," Sam said, as my breathing became more laboured.
And then, suddenly, I was hit with a wave of panic. My heart started racing, and my breath came in short gasps. I felt like I was going to pass out.
Colby and Sam jumped up from the couch, concern etched on their faces. "Oh Y/N, we're sorry. You don't have too," Colby said.
Sam tried to hug me, but I was too far gone, thinking that my killer was if front of me. I was having a full-blown panic attack.
"Get away...get away from me," I gasped, trying to push them away.
But they didn't back off. They just held me tighter, trying to calm me down. "It's okay, Y/N, we're here for you. You're with us," Colby whispered, stroking my hair softly.
After what felt like an eternity, the panic attack started to subside. I was still breathing heavily, but at least I wasn't having a full-blown panic anymore.
Sam and Colby sat down next to me on the couch, holding me close. "We're sorry," Sam said. "We didn't mean to make you upset."
I nodded, feeling embarrassed. "It's okay...I just...I don't know what happened back there."
Sam leaned forward. "Maybe it's because of what happened to you?"
I nodded slowly. Yeah, that was probably it. The thought of going back to that place was terrifying.
But then Colby had an idea. "Hey, why don't we do something to cheer you up?"
I raised an eyebrow. "What did you have in mind?"
Sam grinned mischievously. "We've been thinking about doing a vlog together."
My eyes widened in surprise. "Really? You want to do a vlog with me?"
Colby and Sam nodded in unison. "Yeah! We can show everyone what it's like to be our little sister," Sam said with a smile.
I couldn't help but laugh at the term "little sister." It felt weird at first, but it was also kind of nice.
Some tears came to my eyes as I hugged Sam and Colby, thankful that they saved me, and theat they gave me a second chance in life.
As we started recording our vlog, I couldn't help but think about how far I'd come since being brought back to life. Four months ago, I was a ghost trapped in the Driskill Hotel. And now...now I was living with my friends Sam and Colby, keeping in contact with Nick, Matt and Chris, making vlogs with them and enjoying every moment of it.
As we wrapped up the vlog and put down our camera, I turned to Colby and Sam with a smile. "Thanks for doing that guys. It really made me feel better."
Colby grinned back at me. "Anytime, Y/N. We're always here for you."
