TW~Fainting and anaemia.

Y/N's POV

I snuggled closer to Sam, as we got ready for bed that evening, feeling his warmth radiate through my body as we lay in bed together. His arms wrapped around me, holding me close and making me feel safe and loved. I couldn't help but smile as I listened to his steady breathing, feeling grateful to have him in my life.

"Hey, angel," Sam whispered, brushing a strand of hair away from my face. "You feeling okay?"

I nodded, nuzzling closer to him. "I'm fine, just a little tired today."

Sam pressed a soft kiss to my forehead. "You know, you really need to take better care of yourself. You've been looking pale lately and I'm starting to worry."

I chuckled, playfully swatting his chest. "I promise I'll try to eat more leafy greens and take my iron supplements, okay? I don't want my caring boyfriend to worry too much."

Sam smiled, pulling me even closer. "You know I'll always worry about you, Y/N. I love you too much not to."

I felt my heart swell with love for him, feeling grateful to have someone who cared for me so deeply. I snuggled even closer to him, closing my eyes and drifting off to sleep in his arms.

The next morning, I woke up feeling groggy and weak. I tried to shake off the feeling. As I stood up, a wave of dizziness washed over me, causing me to stumble.

"Y/n, are you okay?" Sam's voice was filled with concern as he sat up in bed, watching me closely.

I took a deep breath, trying to steady myself. "I'm okay, just a little lightheaded. I think I need to go to the bathroom." I admitted, feeling a sense of panic rising in my chest.

As I entered the bathroom, the dizziness only got worse and I felt as though the room was spinning.

"Sam? I'm feeling really dizzy," I say, before I'm met with darkness.

Sam's POV

"Sam? I'm feeling really dizzy," Y/N's voice sounded shaky, sending a wave of panic through me.

Before I could react, I heard a loud thud followed by silence. My heart raced as I pushed open the door to find Y/N lying unconscious on the bathroom floor. Time stood still as I scooped her up in my arms, carrying her back to bed with gentle care. Even though this happens often, I still always get scared and anxious for her.

I grabbed a cold compress from the bathroom, placing it on Y/N's forehead as I sat by her side, watching over her with worry in my eyes. I brushed her hair away from her face, whispering words of comfort and reassurance as I waited for her to wake up.

Minutes felt like hours as I sat there, my mind flooded with thoughts of what could have happened if I hadn't been in the house with Y/N. I couldn't bear the thought of losing her, of not being able to hold her in my arms or hear her laughter fill our home.

Finally, Y/N stirred, her eyelids fluttering open as she groaned softly. I felt a surge of relief wash over me as I reached out to hold her hand, squeezing it gently.

"Hey angel, you're okay," I whispered, my voice filled with emotion. "You scared me there for a moment."

Y/N blinked slowly, her eyes focusing on me as she tried to sit up. I offered her a glass of water, helping her sip it slowly as she regained her strength.

"I'm sorry, Sam," Y/N's voice was filled with guilt as she apologised. "I didn't mean to worry you like that."

I brushed a gentle kiss against her forehead, "Hey, it's okay, angel, I'm just glad you're okay. We need to get you checked out by a doctor, though. This fainting has been getting more frequent now and I'm getting really worried."

She nodded, "I promise I'll make an appointment today. I don't want to worry you like this again."

I smiled, my eyes filled with love. "I know you will, babe. Just remember, I'll always be here for you, no matter what. I love you more than anything. We're in this together."
