Y/N'S POV

I've been training for this event for months now.  I do dirt biking and BMX for a living, and I love every second of it. Sure there are the occasional scrapes and tumbles, but the risk and adrenaline is thrilling.

Today is the final of the dirt biking championships, and it takes place in one of the rockiest an dangerous forests, with many high-speed corners and ramps. Scuff and Johnnie have helped me train for this, making some 'obstacles' in the garden for me to practice with. They're my top supporters, and I'm thankful to have them with me.

The drive to the forest wasn't to bad, the closer we got, the more excited I got. We jumped out of the car and I went up to the sign in desk where I received my biker number, leaving Scuff and Johnnie to get my bike, which they were fine with doing.

All of the bikers had mini tents and there were 30 bikers, so that meant 30 tents. Mine was one of the farthest tents on the end, so we walked to it and then went inside.

It was quite a tall tent, so we could stand up, and it hand a roof, as it was a really hot day today, meaning no slips from any mud. We placed my bike on the side and then we sat on some camping chairs that were in the tent. There were only two so Scuff pulled me on his lap, with Johnnie opposite us.

"You ready Y/N?" Johnnie asks and I nod frantically. "I can't wait, I've been training forever!" I exclaim, resting back against Scuff as he rubs my arms. "The training's gonna pay off trust me," I declared dramatically, causing the boys to laugh.

"Bikers to the clearing in 5 minutes ! Repeat, bikers to the clearing in 5 minutes!" I clapped my hands excitedly, and got off of Scuff's lap, heading over to my backpack where I retrieved my biker number. It goes on the back of my vest, but I could reach, so I turned to Scuff with a pout. "Can you put it on for me?" I asked and Scuff nodded, "turn around sweetheart, I'll put it on," I turned around and he put the number on.

"Thank you. Where will you guys be standing?" I asked, grabbing my bike, helmet, gloves and arm and leg pads before we all left the tent. "Close to the finish line, on the final ramp." Scuff said, taking my bike from me as I put my gloves on. "You can see me cross the line. Someone better record it!" I said, Johnnie then raised his hand to say that he would be recording the greatest moment of my career.

"Good luck Y/N!" Johnnie said, giving me a hug. We pulled apart, "Scuff, I'll get us a space at the barriers." He said, as we nodded and Johnnie then went off to the final ramp.

"I love you sweetheart, whatever happens, I'm proud of you." He whispered, making me smile, then I leaned up to kiss him. "I love you too, now go on, don't leave Johnnie on his own, I'll see you at the finish line," he nodded, heading in the direction that Johnnie went in.

"Well if it isn't Y/N Y/L/N." Y/R/N spoke as I nodded and walked past him with my bike. "I'd be careful if I were you, this race isn't ending well for you." They yelled, walking to the start line, and of course, standing next to me.

"Bikers! Weather is good and we have a dry track! The track is approximately 64km long, so do try and keep hydrated during the 2 stops we have available. No foul play! Please get on your bikes."

All of us got onto our bikes and I put my helmet on. Y/R/N was bumping my back wheel, trying to ruin my start, but that was seen by the host. "Number 9!  Move to the other side of the start line, that will be a 5 point deduction at the end!" The host said, as I smirked.
