Travis' POV
"Baaaabe!" I heard Taylor call from somewhere in the house and smiled to myself.
"Yes baby?" I called back, getting up from behind the desk and leaving the office to find her. "Where are you gorgeous?"
"Bathroom!" Taylor's voice came again, and I went down through our bedroom to the ensuite. She was standing in front of the sink, doing her makeup, her light blue dress zipped all the way down her back. "Can you help me?" Taylor's gaze met mine in the middle. "I can't reach the zip."
"That's what you dragged me through the house for?" I chuckled, stepping forwards and easing the zip up as Taylor giggled. "Going somewhere?" I asked, pressing a kiss to her bare shoulder.
"Yeah, out with Britt. She's got the day without the kids so we're going shopping and then getting lunch." Taylor told me, and then paused. "That's okay right?" She turned around to face me.
"Of course baby." I nudged her arm. "You don't need to ask me for permission. You do whatever you want." Taylor smiled, stretching up on her toes to kiss my cheek. "Have fun." I murmured to her, brushing my fingers over her cheek before leaving her to finish getting ready. I had a lot of work to do and wanted to do it all before she got home so we could spend the evening together.
Taylor called out a goodbye as she left, the house falling quiet in her absence. I worked for a little while, and just after three, my phone pinged with the custom ringtone I'd set so I knew when it was Taylor texting. Already smiling to myself, I reached over and grabbed my phone to open her message.
Taylor: Up for a little game handsome?
"What are you up to?" I murmured to myself, curious as to what she was talking about. It could mean anything. Unable to figure out what she was getting at by one text, I replied.
Me: You know I'm always up for anything baby girl
Taylor: You trust me?
Me: With my life
Taylor: So come find me
Then she sent me a link, and I smiled to myself as I opened it. The page loaded; a website I'd never seen before. Words appeared on the screen in front of me and I frowned, scanning the website link. Taylor had obviously created the website, and the link she'd sent me just took me to a blank page. There was nothing to click on, just words that appeared on the cream colored page in grey letters.
'You should've seen him when he first saw me'
Lyrics from one of her songs. I frowned to myself, trying to figure out what she wanted me to do with it. Was she giving me clues? I texted her again.
Me: What are you playing at baby?
Taylor: Use your brain handsome, come find me
So she wanted me to follow her clues. I didn't know what game she was playing, but I'd play along because that's what she wanted me to do.
Getting to my feet, I grabbed my jacket and keys and left the house. When I first saw her; the stadium. I could crack this one easily enough, and I was almost completely sure the stadium was the answer. It wasn't the first time I'd seen her, but it was the first time I'd seen her when it had started our relationship.
The carpark was empty when I got to the stadium and I frowned, not entirely sure where to look. Was she outside, inside, or did I have the wrong place?
I got out of my car to look around, but I couldn't see any sign of my girlfriend anywhere. Well, girlfriend for now. I was planning to make her my fiancé within the month, spending a lot of time secretly assembling the perfect proposal for her. Sure that she wasn't outside, I headed over to the back doors. Then I smiled; there was a friendship bracelet hanging around the doorhandle.
