Nico can speak about 30 languages(or something like that) and around 7-10 of them he is able to speak fluently but he can not speak english fluently.
Percy and Nico are basically siblings. They both went through tartarus and that made their bond stronger. They are also the two most powerful demigods and the only ones in the world to have seen tartarus without the mist.
