After their little talk and once the Young Wolf's face wasn't bright pink anymore, they all set off on their journey to find Ikora.

Luckily, Crow had a lead.

"I came across some wreckage when I was scouting earlier. Dismissed it as another anomaly until Ghost described Ikora's ship." The hunter said through the comm channel as the Titan made her way out of the cave system where they had set up camp.

"No one was inside, so she's alive. We just have to find her." Glint added on, making Cayde huff from the other side of the channel.

"Yeah and that's always easier said than done."

Crow hummed, "I'm sending you some coordinates. You're on the lookout for something that resembles the Cradle on Io. We'll start there." Crow said, causing the guardian to nod her head as she continued further through the cave system .

She came across a locked amethyst door though but after a moment of looking around, she found a misplaced crystal on the ground a few yards away and went over to it and picked it up.

Once she placed the crystal on its pedestal, the doorway opened and allowed her passage making her scoff under her breath.

"Stupidest lock for a door I've ever seen." She mumbled under her breath but as she continued on her path, she came across a hallway that was blocked off by a darkness barrier, with Hive guarding it.

"We're not the only ones looking for Ikora." Ghost said as the Young Wolf raised her gun and started firing at the enemies blocking the doorway.

"The Hive already bothering you?" Cayde asked, a pinch of amusement to his tone which made the Titan roll her eyes fondly at him.

"We can handle them." She said pointedly, aiming her Epochal at a knight trying to flank her and gunning it down without missing a beat.

She could hear Cayde's smirk as he replied back, "Well go right ahead. I'll be here for moral support."

"Jackass." The Young Wolf muttered under her breath, but there was a smile along her face as she cleared out the Hive guarding the door.

When she killed the last knight though, some sort of darkness object dropped from it and tumbled to the ground.

Even from her distance she could feel the power radiating off of it. She thought to herself for a moment before her eyes drifted to the platform that was imbued by Darkness energy.

"I wonder." She said, walking over to the object and picking it up within her hands to study it a little more closely.

"That's...concentrated Darkness." Ghost said.

"The least we can do is put it to good use." Cayde replied back through the channel as the Titan walked over to the Darkness fueled plate and dunked the energy within, disabling the barrier and allowing her entrance further within.

The Young Wolf entered the next chamber and after clearing it of all the Witness's forces and dispelling more of the corruption she walked over to the window that overlooked a valley full of green hills.

But the thing that caught her eye was the cloud of smoke lifting into the air off in the distance.

"There! Up ahead."

"We know Ikora abandoned her ship. Maybe she found something?" Crow offered which made Cayde hum.

"Maybe so, but going it alone isn't worth the risk. I learned that the hard way."

"Luckily, she's got the two sharpest Hunters in the system to back her up!" The Awoken man said, causing the Titan to scoff but before she could voice her displeasure, Cayde cut her off.
