"Trust me Mara, this is the best ramen spot this side of the City!" The Young Wolf exclaimed with a wide smile from beside the Queen, both women interlocked by the forearm as the Titan practically dragged them towards their destination.

Not that Mara minded.

Any excuse to be close to the Titan was good enough for her.

"Aren't you worried someone might see us?" Mara inquired with a tilted head, "This is a populated route through the Tower after all."

The Young Wolf shrugged, the smile not leaving her face despite the Queen's words, "That's the trick, today is a Sunday. Most Guardians are down in the city showing off and making the people happy and those who aren't, well they're not coming around the Ramen shop at noon. The ones still here will be stuck in meetings with the Vanguard until this evening."

"Why is that?"

"Because the only Guardians here are the ones apart of the Praxic order and Ikora's Hidden. They'll be in meetings getting the Vanguard up to date for a couple hours which gives us, free rain of the Bazaar!" The Young Wolf said, happiness and excitement shinning in her gaze as they walked up the stairs towards the ramen shop.

They had transmatted down by where the Drifter usually lurks and were taking the stairs that would lead them to the Bazaar since according to the Titan, not a lot of people usually stay down here for that long, add in the fact it's a Sunday and it was basically a ghost town.

Which left the two women with free rain and a clear path towards their destination.

"You know, you're quite adorable when you're excited." Mara said, mischief shinning behind her glowing blue orbs, "Like one of those dogs that always seems to be running around the Farm, looking for all sorts of attention." She teased.

The Young Wolf pouted as she looked up at her girlfriend, but the Queen could see the laughter behind her gaze that she tried to suppress, "Are you comparing me to a dog?"

Mara hummed in thought for a moment before responding, "No, more like an excitable puppy. With boundless amounts of energy, jumping around and seeking pets from others."

The Titan huffed and turned her nose up at the monarch making Mara smile in amusement at her girlfriend's dramatics, "Unbelievable, I take time out of my day to take you to lunch and this is the thanks I get? The best Ramen in the entire city and you don't seem to be taking this serious."

Mara reached down and grasped the woman's chin to gently lift up the Titan's head to stare at her before leaning down to press a soft kiss to her lips, causing her girlfriend to squeak in surprise before quickly recuperating the action.

After a few seconds where the women were lip locked, Mara pulled away and smiled when The Young Wolf whined at the loss. She kept her hand on her right cheek though and gently brushed her thumb over the young woman's bottom lip as she started to speak, "I assure you my Wolf, I'm taking our first date very seriously." She teased, causing a small blush to spread across the Titan's face.

The Young Wolf smiled up at Mara, both loving and hating how the Queen was a few inches taller than her as she raised her arms to wrap around her neck, "Good, our first lunch date is an important milestone after all, or so I'm told." She added in, slightly shrugging her shoulders at the end as she held eye contact with her lover, "I've never courted anyone before."

"That's alright," Mara said softly, swallowing thickly before continuing on, "I've...only been with one other, long ago so I'm...this is also pretty new to me." She said.

The Young Wolf's gaze softened as she stared at her girlfriend, "Sjur?" She questioned but it wasn't phrased as one, more like a statement for after everything they had been through, it was only a matter of time before the Titan heard about the Queen and Sjur.
