So Jay ended up just giving me a new phone without a warning or yelling or anything. Strange.
Anyways it was Monday and I was leaving. Jay offered to give Shawn a ride back to school after I leave.
I woke up and changed into some leggings and a white t-shirt.
I smiled at the picture of me and Shawn on my wall.
I dragged my suitcase downstairs and barely ate breakfast and we drove to the hospital.
Jay was standing talking to some other parent and me and Shawn were sitting on a bench together.
"I got something for you" he said.
"What?" I asked and he handed me a teddy bear.
"When you miss me close your eyes and hug him. It'll feel like I'm right there with you." he handed me him.
"Thanks. There isn't service over there so I guess I'll see you when I get back" I said and he brushed a hair behind my ear.
"Hey it's for the best" he said and I nodded holding in my tears.
The bus pulled up and people started getting in.
"Okay see you in a week North" Jay said and I ignored him.
"See you soon" I stood up.
"See you soon" Shawn said and I kissed him lightly and walked onto the bus.
