𝗞𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮'𝘀 𝗣𝗢𝗩

Me and Kinsley, embarked on a long-overdue day of shopping as we set out in my car towards the mall. Matagal tagal na din kasi na hindi namin nagawa 'to, masyado na kaming busy sa work.

"I've missed this, Ate Kia." Kinsley chirped, her eyes twinkling with joy. I flashed a tender smile in response, masaya ako dahil finally makakapag bonding na din kaming dalawa. Despite the risks our profession entailed, I felt a sense of ease and protection knowing I could shield Kinsley from any harm that may come our way, even without Dryke, by our side.

"I almost asked Dryke to join us, but it's better just us girls, right?

As I drove, my senses tingled when I noticed a black car tailing us without a license plate. A sense of unease crept over me, especially as we entered a treacherous stretch of road known for its accidents. Determined to protect Kinsley, I discreetly veered left to see if the car would follow, confirming my suspicions.

Shit, nasa high mountain road na kami masyadong delikado. The black car's menacing presence sent shivers down my spine. When a second vehicle threatened to collide with us, my swift reflexes averted disaster, na ikinagulat ni Kinsley.

"A-ate, ano nangyayari?" Kinsley's voice trembled with apprehension, with my heart pounding in my chest, I felt the weight of responsibility pressing down on my shoulders now, kasama ko si Kinsley kailangan makaisip ako agad ng paraan. I attempted to contact Dryke for help, but the dreaded sight of 'NO SIGNAL'  flashed across my phone screen.

I fought to keep control of the car, teetering precariously at the edge of the cliff. One false move, and our fate would be sealed.

"Ate..." Kinsley whimpered, her voice trembling with fear.

"Shit!" I cursed under my breath, glancing in the rearview mirror to see two strangers approaching. Dread settled over us like a suffocating shroud as the figures drew closer. Sino ang mga 'to? Hindi sila pamilyar sakin.

"Kinsley, hold on tight." I instructed. With tears streaming down Kinsley's face, she nodded, clinging to me as our impending doom loomed ever closer.

As the two reached our car, grim smiles played upon their faces before they heedlessly pushed the vehicle toward the edge. Bwiset!
