Rimuru's POV

"What was that?" Milim asked in surprise. I turned to look at Veldanava and see him staring wide-eyed at Cyrus, who was now on the floor and then another booth. As we could not see inside the other booth, I have no clue who he was looking at, but that power must belong to surgery God then."

"Veldanava, what was that?" I ask again, finally bringing him out of his reverie.

"Huh.... Oh... That? That was a form of forbidden magic." Veldanava said.

"Huh? Forbidden magic?"

"That's right. And not only one, but he used three of them at the same time. A forbidden magic is a magic that allows you complete mastery over someone else's attribute. For example, my control of creation is definitely the highest amongst all the Gods present here. But, by using a forbidden magic with me as the target, it is possible to copy my attributes for a small period of time. Taking someone else's attribute as your own is definitely extremely dangerous and is shunned.

Leaving out the fact that it is extremely dangerous for the caster, since it can negatively affect the relation between Gods, it can only be used in cases of emergency where the caster must explain his thinkings and take complete responsibility for the action."

"Then, what were you looking at?" Guy asked.

"Nothing. Nothing in particular."

Veldanava's answer was anything but satisfactory, but I knew he wouldn't answer, no matter how much we asked, so I didn't bother with it. I looked at Finn, who had managed to overwhelm Orcanyx.

Orcanyx was barely holding in, desperately creating a gap between. It has been going this way for the past few minutes. Though Orcanyx is getting a few superficial inhibitors, they wouldn't be enough to change the outcome of the battle. The power that Finn is using is without a doubt powerful, so it must have done sort of restriction as well. If that's the case, them a time limit it's the most obvious choice.

Finn, who seemed to have realised that the battle was going nowhere, stopped chasing Orcanyx, and converged his power into his sword. Orcanyx didn't stay silent either. He used up all his mana and dashed straight at Finn.

Finn was surprised by this action and was caught off guard. Due to this, Finn was unable to respond in time. Orcanyx quickly reduced the distance between them. Finn braced himself for the impact and prepared to counter-attack, but the impact never came. Orcanyx completely ignored him and ran past him.

Finn's eyes went wide as he finally realised Orcanyx's aim.

"DON'T YOU DARE!!!" Finn screamed as he released all his sword aura at Orcanyx by quickly turning around, but it was too late.

Orcanyx, who had used up all of his remaining magicules in this one attack, managed to cut Rizzete in half, before himself being disintegrated by Finn's sword aura.

The golden flame in Finn's eyes died down and his eyes returned to his natural brown eye color. Finn was the last man standing on the arena, or so I thought.

*Clap**Clap**Clap*

Suddenly a loud closing noise could be heard as a two meter tall man walked towards Finn. Seeing him, fear and confusion in Finn's eyes were easy to see.

"...How?" Finn asked, unable to believe that Behemoth was still standing in front of him after facing Cyrus's attack.

"Hahaha.... It us really just as Orcanyx predicted. The Downside of your power. You cannot use it again for some time after you have killed your target." Behemoth merrily explained what Orcanyx had deduced as he closed the distance between them.

Behemoth did not seen to be any hurry. As Behemoth continued to walk towards him, Finn picked up his sword and took a defensive stance, not that it will help him.

"The fight's over." I declare as I turned around and walked towards the opposite end of the booth. Both Diablo and Shion who were standing behind me and looking at the battle urged around and followed me as well. Chloe hesitated for a bit, but decided to follow me as well.

Just as I reached the door to leave, I realise that Ciel hadn't moved at all. I turned to look at her and see her looking at the arena with a straight face. I turned to look at the arena and saw Behemoth beating the shit out of Finn.

In a matter of seconds, Finn's right hand was torn off, and his left feet was completely crushed. His ribs were broken and he was bleeding internally.

"What are you looking at?" I ask Ciel.

"... Nothing. Let's go." Ciel said as she quietly made her way to my side. I can already guess why she is acting this way. After all, even if Finn and Rizzete were not exactly our allies, they were still her friends. To not defeat, but humiliate Finn in such a way. I am sure she is angry.

As we were about to leave the door, I looked over my shoulder and spoke, "You guys are coming as well, right?"

"Of course."
"The match is over anyways."
"It's about time we make a name for ourselves."

I heard a myriad of answers from all of them as they too walked towards the door. Outside the door was a butler. Seeing us come out, he simply bowed and asked us to follow him to the arena.

It took is a few minutes, but when we reached the arena, the battle had already ended. Behemoth had killed Finn and managed to win the bet. With this, Finn's world was now under the control of Orcanyx and Behemoth.

Since we had left early, we were obviously the first one to arrive. The arena, which was a large barren and burnt forest, was now reverted back to original look.

Seeing us arrive, Yggdrasil teleported to the arena as well. We waited for some more time and soon Knox arrived as well along with ten more people, led by Chandra and Arun.

"Now that everyone is here, let's begin the match." Yggdrasil declared.

"As for the battlefield, i choose this." As soon as Yggdrasil said that, our surroundings changed completely. We were surrounded by old style buildings on all sides. There were some of the cars that I had seen in India parked across the roads we were standing on. I looked at Chandra and the others, and their faces were dark.

Seeing Yggdrasil smiling, I am now sure that this place has something to do with their past, but it is not my place to intervene.

"You guys all right?" I ask, and all of them silently nodded as they brought out their weapons. Seeing this, Yggdrasil and Knox summoned their underlings.

"Let us help as well." Orcanyx and Behemoth said as they too entered the arena. It seems like Orcanyx foot revived as well. Then, Finn and Rizzete should be fine as well, atleast for now.

Seeing the two Yggdrasil smiled and nodded.

"Are you done now? Or do you want to invite a few more Gods?" I ask.

"No that's all, let's fight."
