Hansol mind-linked his Hyung, Coups, "Hyung, one wolf is chasing me!" Coups replied, "I'll be there, Sol. Just release your scent so I can find you." Hansol did as instructed, hiding behind plants as his hands bled more from the wolf's scratches.
Seungcheol, sensing Hansol's distress, told Mingyu and Seokmin to return to the cave while he went to help his brother, accompanied by one Garud. Following Hansol's scent, Seungcheol arrived to find his brother pinned to the ground, the wolf about to scratch him again. Seungcheol intervened, pinning the wolf down, his eyes glowing deep red.
The wolf struggled, but Seungcheol held firm, his Garud warning the wolf, "Leave now, or face the Prince of the Black Moon Pack!" The wolf fled, intimidated.
Seungcheol then tended to Hansol, who had fainted, carrying him back to the cave. The others noticed the brothers' return, and Jun and Soonyoung asked, "What happened to Hansol?" Seungcheol growled, "Why did you leave him alone?" - a rare display of anger from Seungcheol, which scared the Omegas.
Granny calmed Seungcheol, who then focused on healing Hansol's wounds. The group remained quiet, sensing Seungcheol's anger. Jun and Soonyoung felt guilty for leaving Hansol alone.
Jeonghan and Joshua approached their Alpha, Seungcheol, to calm him down. Jeonghan said, "Alpha, don't worry, Hansol will be fine." Seungcheol replied, "No, I'm the worst Hyung. I should have taken him with me or left him here with you all. I couldn't protect my Omega brothers; how can I lead the strongest pack?"
Just then, Coups, Seungcheol's wolf, spoke up, "You're good enough to lead the whole world, so shut up, stupid human!" Jeonghan and Joshua burst out laughing at their Alpha's statement.
Seungcheol asked, "Do I look like a joker?" Coups, Jeonghan, and Joshua replied in unison, "No!" Coups continued, "Don't worry, Hansol will be alright. And don't be mad at Jun and Soonyoung; they didn't know this would happen."
Seungcheol nodded, "You're right." Coups added, "You're a great Alpha, Hyung, and leader. Stop worrying and focus on the task at hand. Besides, I have a connection from Dad; if you're not ready to talk, he'll be here in a second."
Seungcheol remembered, "Oh, I forgot to update Dad on today's events." He said to his mates Jeonghan and Joshua, "You two have become more mischievous lately." They protested, "We're not..." Seungcheol dismissed them, "Alright, go prepare everything. I'll join you shortly."
Coups connected with his dad Minjun. Minjun asked, "Coups, why are you late to connect?" Coups replied, "Sorry, Dad, this human was blabbering useless things, so I had to tell him to stop."
Minjun inquired, "What's wrong with Seungcheol?" Seungcheol took over the connection, explaining the situation to his dad. Minjun listened attentively, offering comfort to his pup.
Minjun joked, "Thank goodness Bora isn't there; she would have killed that wolf and punished you all." Coups agreed, "Yes, being alpha but still scared of omega mom."
Minjun chuckled, "Me too, I won't tell her; if I do, she'll want to see Hansol and deal with that wolf herself." Seungcheol assured his dad, "Yes, okay, Dad. Bye, take care. I'll link you when Hansol wakes up."
As evening fell, the group had completed most tasks, leaving only cooking and building a fire. Hansol woke up, groaning in pain, and Seungkwan was the first to notice. "Don't move, I'll call the Hyungs," Seungkwan said, alerting the others.
Granny asked, "Do you feel better now, Hansol?" Hansol replied, "Yes, Granny, thanks for saving me, Hyung." Seungcheol said, "Don't thank me, I'm your Hyung, and I'm sorry for sending you there." Hansol reassured him, "Hyung, you didn't know about the wolf, so don't apologize."
Hansol explained the attack to everyone Jun and Soonyoung, who apologized for leaving him alone. Hansol forgave them, saying, "Don't apologize, Hyungs, I'm alright." Seungcheol also apologized to Jun and Soonyoung for snapping at them earlier.
With the issue resolved, they focused on building a fire and roasting the deer. As they sat around the fire, enjoying their meal and each other's company, the day came to a peaceful end.
