ALORA

When MARS asked me whom I was bringing with myself to meet him- I apparently thought only to come with Tim. However, something changed in the plan. Well, because now it was me, Tim and... you guessed it right. Enzo. He wanted to come along and eventually I ended up giving up on his stubborn request- though it wasn't actually a request.

Therefore, we three were going together to the spot where that person wanted to meet me. And as expected, the place- the area that he, MARS, chose was more isolated than I had imagined. The surroundings were giving a vibe like we came to a different world, like in some kind of a magical universe.

There was no trace of human beings or even any animals around the area. Nothing here was to be seen on our way to the abandoned, gothic-like building that stood tall but seemed somewhat crooked. I know my words don't make any sense but...well, it is what it is.

"This MARS seems cracked." Enzo breathed out.

I could see the annoyance in his even straight expression. His facial features were hiding it well but his voice was betrayed.

"Agree." Tim added. "Why would someone come to a place like this?"

I internally shook my head.

Look at them throwing tantrums like some classic women who can't bear to get even a single scratch on their skin- or more like those women who always puffed their nails any free time they get.

"You should have let me talk to him, Alora." Enzo said.

My questionable look was enough for him to clear the doubts of his own words.

"If he didn't have a decent place to talk, I would have arranged it." Enzo said or more like complained against the other man's choice.

Tim put his hand on my shoulder, making me pause. I know what was eating him up. As soon as Tim came to know that I was going to meet the Leone Marshal, he got nervous. Now we both know that that man was my father's companion once and I have no memory of meeting him in my head. So Tim was apparently afraid that he might trigger me in some way.

I put my hand on his and passed a convincing smile. Tim breathed out, tilting his head in defeat. While Enzo noticed this and indirectly tried to get Tim's thoughts to a positive side for my sake.

Nothing could stop the coming moment from acknowledging me to the right side. Because now there has been a twist in the story. Now I am aware of the villain of this story.

The three of us carefully entered the building, eyes scanning everywhere all the time. I pulled out my phone to message the person and to ask him while surprisingly his message came instead.

MARS: Second floor. Take the stairs.

Enzo and Tim, both nodded in a serious sense as I showed them the message. Tim insisted on walking ahead on the staircase with his gun loaded and he was very careful, while me in the middle- I was just lurking my eyes left and right, up and down. Enzo walked behind me; he said he wanted to keep his eyes behind us so that nobody could attack us if MARS apparently had goons here.

When we reached the second floor Tim suddenly paused and I accidentally bumped my head on his back. Only then, I got an unknown feeling... something like restlessness. Why, I don't know.

A second passed and I came out of the middle place to go further as he stood still in his place, not moving forward. I stood beside him and soon Enzo approached my side; however, both of us stilled. I blinked to clear the blurriness- only to realise that it was not a fog light but a real scene. And I was absolutely not hallucinating nor imagining false things.
