'Oh my god she's really doing it' Michael said.
I grinned, looking at the woman in front of me.
She had a huge snake around her neck and was about to give it to me.
'I'm going to hang him around your neck so it's easier to carry him' she explained as she lifted the snake up and carefully rested it in my neck.
The snake instantly started moving around, trying to get himself comfortable.
I lifted its head up and looked at him.
'I really don't get why you guys are so scared' I said, looking at the boys.
They were all standing behind a little table in the middle of the building.
As if that was going to protect them if the snake would attack.
The snake curled its tail around my belly as his head slowly slipped out of my hand to explore the rest of my body.
'Does he have a name?' I asked the caretaker.
The woman shook her head.
'This one has only been here for a few weeks so we're still thinking of a good name for him'
I nodded, looking at the snakes in the other terrariums.
'The others do have names?' I asked.
The woman nodded, walking to the back of the building.
The building basically consisted out of only just this room.
It was filled with reptiles and I honestly thought it was the best thing ever.
'There's another big one in here, an Anaconda just like the one you have around your neck' she said, pointing at the snake that was peacefully sleeping in its cage.
'Her name is Cindy. And then we have the smaller snakes here' she said as she walked to the terrariums.
'These are Croky, Stewie and Billy'
I smiled, looking at the snake around my neck. It was slowly making its way down my legs, making it hard for me to walk without accidentally kicking him.
'And then the Python over there is called Dan'
'I love it' I said, carefully pulling the snake's head back up.
I looked at him again, his tongue flickered out of its mouth before quickly going back in.
'You might not have an official name yet, but for now I'm calling you Brandon' I said, making the guys behind me laugh.
I smiled and looked at them.
'It looks a little like a Brandon' Calum agreed.
I nodded excitedly, asking Luke to take a picture of me and my new friend Brandon.
Luke quickly shot some pictures and I had to give the snake back afterwards, seeing as we still had to go to the koala's.
I thanked the woman and we quickly went outside.
The koala's were spread all over the sanctuary, but there was only one place where you were actually allowed to hold them.
We were a little late since I really wanted to hold Brandon but that only meant that there were just a few people waiting in line.
'Hey guys' Michael said as we were waiting.
'Hey Michael' Luke said.
'I just figured out that if you put "kanga" and "Roo" from Winnie the Pooh together it makes "Kangaroo"' Michael said.
'Good job Michael, I'm very proud of you' I laughed, patting him on the shoulder.
'I could always relate to Tigger when I was little because he was constantly jumping around and he's hyperactive' Ashton said.
'You can still relate to that' Michael said.
The line started moving, indicating that there was only one more person in front of us now.
'I can relate to Rabbit because I'm smart as shit' Luke said, making me laugh even harder
'I'm sorry but you look more like Pooh to me or Eeyore. I love you but you're not smart like Rabbit.'
Luke pouted 'Yes I am' he said sadly.
'No you're not, you don't even know how the microwave works and there's literally like...4 buttons?'
Luke laughed 'The microwave just doesn't like me' he said.
'No I wouldn't either if you'd press all my buttons at the same time and then wait for me to start working' I grinned.
'I want to go first!' Ashton interrupted us, quickly walking to the woman that was holding the koala.
The woman smiled, giving the koala to Ashton.
'Oh my goodness someone take a picture before I explode with excitement' Ashton squealed.
I laughed 'Yep, definitely still Tigger'
The guys laughed, not bothering to take their phone out and shoot some pictures.
'I don't want to let it go' Ashton mumbled as he softly patted the koala on its head.
The koala slowly closed its eyes in satisfaction.
The caretaker that was still standing beside Ashton smiled.
'Nala always loves the attention. Especially when people scratch behind her ear' she said, pointing at the spot she meant.
'Her name is Nala?' Ashton asked, scratching the koala behind her ear where the woman said Nala liked it best.
'That's so cute! Nala the koala' he said, his already huge grin, now taking over his whole face.
'We have to remember that because it's gonna go up on Twitter and Instagram tonight' he started talking to Nala.
'Everyone is going to know your name from now on'
'I don't think you're going to forget her name Ash, we don't have to help you remember' I grinned.
Ashton looked at me and shook his head 'Nope, I just wanted to say "Nala the koala"' he said.
I smiled, shaking my head.
'Alright, maybe we should take that picture now' Calum said before getting his phone out of his pocket and taking 45 pictures of Ashton as he thought of the weirdest possible poses to show of Nala.
