Funny how we build our boundaries so high and let someone destroy it in one blow.
But good thing is we get tired of the cycle and one day we'll just wake up and choose what we know is best. To build boundaries again. But this time it's even more stronger, higher, and bulletproof – don't let them get to you again. Stand on your grounds and never settle for "what ifs" and "maybes." You're bleeding and tears flooding, don't keep on defending that they didn't mean it – it didn't happen once, you couldn't count it on your fingers already– know the difference.
Learn to let go because good things always comes back. Know the people you let to enter your door, you don't give access to everyone. If they get offended, let them get offended. Walls are not build to be broken just because someone said they want to enter your lawn. Some may come to plant flowers and some come to criticize. Know the person before you tell where the door is. Don't get fooled by the intention, think twice before opening the door and welcoming them. May we learn how to draw our boundaries beautifully.
