52. R E V E A L

Assalamu'alaikum and Hello!! How are you all??

Before we dive further into the story, I wanna clear up a few things about the plot. I know it all might seem stretched because we have crossed fifty chapters with not many satisfying or clear revelations.

And y'all might've somewhere felt like the story got crowded with so many characters, continuous confusions. This chapter holds a really important and one of the biggest revelations of this story coming up so it's necessary that the plot is clear for you.

So Inaya's mother, Samra, met with an accident 10 years ago. Inaya had found something suspicious but she didn't hold the power back then to dig into it. So later she started receiving calls from the stalker which stopped when she informed her Dad about it.

After the accident, Samra was taken to Haamid's hospital in Pune who was somehow related to Asad and Samra earlier and wanted Inaya married to his son as far as we know. He was the one who planned this accident and then Samra was drugged in his hospital before she passed away (reasons unknown yet).

Inaya discovered all of it through Samra's journal which she received as her wedding gift.

Haamid's son - who is extremely secretive, mysterious and relentless about claiming Inaya, has been trying his best to do anything in his will to get to her. He's the one who has now started giving threat calls again since AhYa's wedding. The one to attack the mansion using Sasha as a bait.

Haamid is dead for the world, but we know he's alive. And something about this accident, conspiracies of Haamid and his son, includes Ahad and his father, thus hinting why there was a clash of families which will be revealed further. It also links to Ahad's past which will be revealed soon too!

15 days later;

"AHAD!!!" I screamed, dragging the blanket down his face who just groaned and pulled it up back again, sleeping almost immediately.

"Ya Allah!" I groaned under my breath, getting on the bed and walking on my knees towards him as I tried again, pulling it harder. "Get up, Ahad! Freshen up, the doctor will be here any moment!!"

He cracked one eye open lazily, voice low as he spoke, "I'm not at home, Ina."

I gaped at his stubbornness and yanked the blanket with all my strength, forcing him to turn towards me as I hissed, "This is the last check-up! We're done after this, so get up!!"

Yeah! He was whining over seeing the doctor because he thought they drew his precious blood out unnecessarily.

"Mmhm," he hummed, rolling to the side and snatching the blanket back with minimum strength. "I'm in my office, working on some important deal. Okay?"

"I am not lying to anyone about anything! Just get up you dumbo!!" I narrowed my eyes and exhaled a frustrated breath when he faked snoring.

"Ahad, I swear-" Before I could finish, he shot out a hand and tugged me forward, making me fall flat on his chest with a squeal.
