Chapter 35

There is silence. You hear birds chirping and the water hitting the wall in the pool. You lay your hand on the side of Justin's face. You lean in and tilt your head to the right. Your lips meet his. You suddenly feel something fall onto your face. You pull away and look up to find grey clouds over you. It begins to rain. Justin looks up and you both look down at each other. He kisses you again.

"Let's go inside." Justin says as he begins to run away. 

"I'm not running." You walk to the door.

You don't see Justin waiting for you but you keep walking till you feel arms wrap around you. He lifts you up and takes you inside. He lays you down on the couch and wraps a blanket around you.

"I'll be back." Justin gives you a kiss and leaves to the kitchen.

He comes back a few minutes later with hot chocolate. He puts them on the table.

"Wanna watch a movie.?" 

You nod. 

"What do you want to watch.?" 

"Surprise me."

He slides in a movie and goes back to sit next to you. He hands you your hot chocolate and cuddles next to you under the blanket.

"This is my favorite movie.!" 

"Really?" 

"Yes. I love the notebook."

You kiss him and lay your head on his shoulder. You both finish your hot chocolate and Justin takes them to the kitchen. You lay down and when Justin comes back he lays down behind you & puts his left arm under your head. You slowly begin to fall asleep. Justin's phone rings. He reaches over to the table with out disturbing you and answers it.

"Hey man!" Twist says in the other line. 

"What's up?" 

"There's a party tonight. You in?" 

Justin looks down at you and sees you sound asleep.

"So are you in?" 

"I can't."

Justin hangs up the phone and puts it back on the table. He hugs you close and kisses your cheek. When the movie ends he slides his arm under your neck and gets up. He turns off the tv and carries you upstairs. He lays you on the bed and leaves the room. He goes to where his mom is.

"Hey mom?" 

"Hey sweetie." 

He sits next to her on the bed "I wanna ask you something." 

"What's up?" 

"You think that when the tour starts and when I have time off, will you help me find a ring.?"

Justin looks over at Pattie.
