I woke up to my phone vibrating every 3 minutes. Finally I gave up and looked at it.

I roll my eyes. So many people, I've probably only met most of them o my once. I only answer to Jamie.

Thanks love! Finally 17...

I put my phone down. I walk over to my bathroom and change into a sundress and put my hair up. Well it's my pretend birthday. Pretending to officially be 17 today. I walk out my room and into the kitchen. I found a not on the counter and stopped.

Hey Caro! Happy pretend birthday! Kaylee and I went to get some groceries. I'll be home around noon. Love you!

I look around and try to find something to eat. I found a yogurt and some jello. I go to my couch and turn the tv on and found Blended. I watched it for a while and decide to work on my report for Chemistry. I work on it for most of the morning until I decided I wanted to go out. I haven't been outside of for a while since I left to Bora Bora. I have noticed I needed more clothes. Why not?
I get off the couch and grab my purse and keys. I lock the door and go towards my beautiful car and start driving south. I looked for the one store Kaylee took us the day we got here. It took me about 30 minutes but I found it. I got out of the car and a flush of déjà vu passes through me. Suddenly I'm back to the day I came to California. Suddenly it was the day Jamie pushed me and then caught me. Suddenly it was only a day I found out I was pregnant. This is pretty much where my world changed. I walked in and many people were there through the huge isles. I grab a red cart and start going towards the clothes. I look through the fabric and take a second to notice how nice they all look. I came across a mirror and something on my head caught me of guard. I look at my hair and I see light brown. The color is fading. Then I notice my tips and you can see a little green. I grunt frustrated knowing I can't buy it for safety. I grab my phone and text Ashely to buy me some hair dye. I put it away and continues to look through the clothes. I walked a while more and then I stopped when I reached towards the baby clothes. I found one small red dress. So small, like for a doll. I grab it and quickly my mind goes to my baby. I smile. I put it in my cart. I hesitate when I realize it might not be a girl. I grab it and about to hang it. I take only more look at it. But what if it is? I give up and just tossed it in the cart and start looking at furniture. My mind went from something to baby every 5 minutes! I saw a pretty couch and then found a baby basset. I say some nice pillows for my white couch at home and found a baby crib. My mind was going back and forth until I hug ignored everything completely and took all the baby things I found. I grabbed a basset, a crib, some blankets, some accessories, some bottles and pampers and bags until I found myself with a huge cart full of baby things. I ran towards the cash register and bought it before I regretted it. I took it to my car and stuffed everything in the back and drove home. I wasn't thinking and then a sudden sound made me jump. My phone started ringing. I answered it.
"Hello?" I ask nervously.
"Hello beautiful. Happy birthday." A soft voice says. My heart melts.
"Hello handsome. Please don't make me even older then I already am." I say playfully.
"You are not old." He answered.
"I'm 17 and pregnant. What's next? I did at 30?" I say.
"Whatever. You are still young and beautiful. Don't put pressure on yourself. So my parents were wondering if you wanted to come over for dinner." He says coolly.
"Umm... I don't know. I don't know if Kaylee and Miranda have anything planned for me." I say.
"It's fine. I already talked to them. They'll be here too." He says excitedly.
"Oh then ya I'll be there. What time?" I ask.
"6:30 fine?" He asks.
"Ya that's okay." I say.
"Okay I'll see you here. Love you." He says.
"Love you too." I say and then hang up. I hurry home to get the things put away. I put them all in my closet and close the door. I look around and its 11:58. I decide to do some cleaning. I grab the mop and water and start cleaning the kitchen then my room then Ashely's then the study room. I bush off the dust of the furniture and polish. After about 45 minutes into cleaning I finally hear the door. I get up to greet Ashely and Kaylee as they walk in with a few grocery bags. I help them and put it in the counter.
"Hi!" Kaylee says finally.
"Hi. How was your guy's morning?" I ask.
"Good. Wee brought lots of food! My appetite has increased these last few weeks." Ashely says patting her small belly. I laugh.
"Same." I say and pat my belly.
"That so strange. Aren't you like 4 months? Shouldn't you be a bit bigger?" Kaylee says looking at my belly. Heat flows through my face and so does Ashely. Kaylee doesn't know.
"Umm. Kaylee..." I say. Should I tell her?
"Yes?" She looks at me a bit confused.
"I lost my baby. I lost it in November." I tell her slowly.
"WHAT?!?! So you are not pregnancy anymore?!" She says really loud. It hurt my ears and I walked backwards.
"Yes I'm still pregnant! I got pregnant after. I'm carrying Jamie's baby!" I yell back. Then it was complete silence. She blinked twice and I felt like I exploded. I calm down and try going towards her but she turns away and walks out the door. I watch her leave and felt a tear in my eye.
"I'll go talk to her." Ashely says and leaves. I was alone. I wipe my tears and slowly walk back to my cleaning. I polish the dust on some new picture frames Ashely and Kaylee bought not so long ago. There was one with us three. It was at the Christmas party in December. We were happy. Now I feel like she will kick me out. I walk back to my room and close the door and started watching tv. Not so long later I hear a few nocks on the door.
"Come in." I say fixing myself.
"Hi." Kaylee peeks and walks in.
"Hi." I say.
"Listen I'm sorry I walked out. It's just so many things have happened. You and Ashely are pregnant. You had one before and lost if and now your having his baby... Someone you love." She says and sits in my bed and I look at her confused.
"I can't have kids. When I was 15 I started taking the pill and I used it for to long. Not so long ago Julian and I were ready to have kids. We went to the doctor, but they told me my eggs were frozen. I couldn't have kids. They told me I can't have kids, it would be one in a million chance. Now that you two are... I guess I'm jealous. That's why I was so happy when you guys asked me if you can come here and why I was so happy when you guys said you were pregnant. I'm happy for you though." She says wiping a tear at the end. I just stare at her. Kaylee crying... This has to be one of my saddest moments I've had. I get up and give her a hug.
"It's okay. I'm so sorry Kaylee. I didn't know." I say.
"It's fine. It's not your fault." She says sniffling. I look at her sadly.
"Have you told him?" She asked quietly. I shake my head no.
"Why not?" She asked.
"Last time I told someone I was pregnant with their baby, he left me. In scared this is going to happen with him. Even though he pretty much proved himself to me. I'm not ready. I mean what will everyone else think? I finally have friends... They will think I'm a slut if they think it's his baby. I'm going to have to tell them I am pregnant but I'm not saying it's his." I say.
"But you should tell him." She says.
"Soon. I know that." I say staring off.
"Take all the time. It's your baby anyways."she says smiling.
"Anyway... You should get ready. We have that dinner with Jamie." She says getting up and wiping her face. She starts to head out.
"Kaylee!" I call. She turns around.
"You can be my baby's godmother. I'll give you that." I say with a small smile. She smiles back and leaves. I was left in my room alone. She can be her godmother.... Thousands of miles away in the middle of the sea. Oh god I forgot about Hawaii! I'm going to have to tell them that! I get up and start getting ready.

"It looks fine! Don't worry about it!" Ashely says securing me. We were in the car in front of Jamie's house and I was in the back feeling so nervous. When I died my hair, they got the wrong color. So not I have deep red hair! I had it curled and braided. It didn't look bad but it was surprising.
"Okay. It's fine. Let's go." I say and walk out the car.
We walk down the steps and we ring the bell. I wait for a while until Jamie opens the door.
"Hi beautiful." He says and opens his arms for me.
"Hi handsome." I say giving him a kiss. He wraps his hands around my waist and enter his dark house. I look around, confused why it's so dark. Then I see shadows all around.
"SURPRISE!!!!" People jump out and  I loose my breath. People around me start laughing and I finally relaxed.
"Oh my gosh! Thank you!" I say happily seeing some familiar faces. People crowded around me and start hugging me. When I was finally able to breathe I walk towards Jamie.
"Really? More?" I say with a smile and wrapped my hands around his chest.
"Anything for you beautiful." He says and leans down and kisses me.
"Awe!" People say in the background and I roll my eyes. I go towards everyone and people asked about the trip. Ashia was there happily as ever. She tells me how she got a scholarship to NYU and that her parents are considering it. I smile thinking of my plans next year.
"So anything new? You have seen to be eating a bit more, no offense." She says giggling and I start laughing nervously.
"Umm..." I start to say but then I hear clicks like a spoon tapping on glass. I look around and see Jamie next to the tv.
"Hello everybody. Welcome to my beautiful girlfriend's 17th birthday!" He says and everyone starts applauding and my face turns bright red.
"I met this beautiful girl at Frankos 3 months ago. I accidentally pushed her as she was looking at a frame." He says and everyone laughs even me.
"When she was about to scold me and tell me to leave her alone, she turned and faced me, I saw the most beautiful face ever. Her eyes were golden brown and her hair was blacker than a raven. Her lips were small but full and her skin was snow like and soft. I imminently forgot about everything in my past. She has changed my life in so many ways. You all know I sucked at school not so long ago right?" He asks and everyone started agreeing.
"Well now I'm graduating early and am so thankful because by then I can come home, see my beautiful angel. Not have to worry and help her in my ways." He says and he has his eyes locked to mine.
"So this video is small but it shows our past few months together and how far she has gone." He says and he presses play. A picture of me pops up and the slides go across. All the pictures we have taken in the last 3 months were all there. I stare at each of them reliving that moment. I turn to face Jamie and he is smiling looking at each picture too. He finally turns to me.
"Thank you. I love you." I mouth to him.
"I love you too." He mouths back. By the end of the video and everyone was done with the awes I finally get up.
"And I have one more announcement." I say and Jamie looks at me confused.
I walk towards him and grab him by the hands.
"We've both known this for a while now. Please don't hate me. Before you start screaming let me just tell you it's not blood to blood his. I am 4 months pregnant. He is not the father because it was before i him. He decided to take place of the father and that he will be. I'm sorry I kept this from you but I didn't want people to freak out." I say. I held Jamie's hand the entire time playing with his fingers. I looked at everyone's reaction and it was better then I hoped. People were smiling and I felt a few arms around me and I jump.
"Congrats!" People said and I said thanks every time. For about another 45 minutes of explaining and talking I finally saw Jamie by himself in the kitchen. I excused myself and went to Jamie. People started playing music and they started dancing. I finally get to him.
"Hey." I say sweetly.
"Hi. Enjoying it?" He asks.
"Very." I say happily.
"You did it." He says.
"Yes I finally did." I say smiling.
"Well I need to give you your congrats present." He says holding my waist.
"For my birthday or for the announcement?" I ask smirking.
"Both." He whispers in my ears and he starts kissing my neck and a moan escapes from my mouth. He pulls away and grabs my hand and pulls me to the stairs. Nobody was looking, they were all entertained by the music and people. We head upstairs and he takes me to his room and closes it. His room is a lot cleaner then I thought. He had a shelf full of books on the right side, his bed was on the left nicely made. Hard wooden floor and lots of picture frames. Some of them were with me. I smilie looking at them. He finally grabs me.
"I heard redheads are a lot of fun." He says finally noticing my hair.
"Only with the right person" I say softly.
"Well let's see about that." He says and he grabs my neck and starts kissing me. I grab his neck and he pulls my dress down. I unbutton his shirt and yank it of I say on my back on the bed and he gets on top of me still kissing me. He presses my breast and teases me with his strong hands. He stops for a second and looks down at my belly.
"She's going to start getting in my way." He says smiling but then pushes inside me and I enjoy my birthday present.

"Did you like it?" Jami asked as I starts getting me stuff to leave.
"Loved it. Thank you so much. It means everything to me." I say looking at him. He grabs my chin and pulls me to his lips.
"Have an amazing night Dani." He says and I blush.
"You too. Love you." I say and walk to the car. I get in the back with Kaylee and Ashely. Julian and Marco were in front. We head home and I look out the window. What are people in Nevada doing right now?
