After we ate our breakfast, Gavin drove us home.

"Thanks, Gavin. Thank you for you and your family's hospitality." I said. He isn't bad after all.

"You're welcome, Kirby." He said. Silence again. I was just looking at him. I don't know what to say. I—

"Is this a staring contest?" My thoughts were cut off by Samantha's sarcastic voice. I glared at her. Gavin chuckled after. Ugh, I can't look at him right now.

"Im going now. I have some errands to do." Gavin said.

"Okay, thanks." I said without looking at him. I'm too embarrassed.

"Seriously, guys? Is this another game you guys are playing? Th most silent person wins?" I pinched Samantha's waist and she let out a shout. Thank goodness she went inside already.

"Sorry about that girl." I said.

"It's okay. I'm going now." He was staring at me again. What now?

He shook his head and smiled. Afterwards, he went to his car and drove away. I went inside with a curious mind. What was that all about? Weird.

"Kirby!" Samantha shouted from upstairs. I was startled so I ran as fast as I could.

"What?!" Samantha was reading a note. She handed it to me. "What is this? And please don't be sarcastic with me. You know what I mean." I pointed a hand at her before she could say a word. She chuckled. I know what you're thinking, sis.

"You got me there. Okay, someone left a note on my window, but it's for you." I scanned the letter. It doesn't have a name of the sender, but it has my name. Creepy. I opened the letter and read it out loud.

I need a little more luck than a little bit
'Cause every time I get stuck the words won't fit
And every time that I try I get tongue tied
I'll need a little good luck to get me by

"What?" I asked Samantha. She smiled cheekily.

"That's a song!" She beamed.

Oh yeah! I just realized it now. Who wrote this letter? It's not encoded, but I'm not familiar with the penmanship.

"You have a stalker!" Samantha gasped. I can't help, but raise a brow at her.

"Stalker? Really? That's the only word that popped in your mind? I prefer secret admirer, you know." She snorted. We never really get along.

"Lol, Kirby! Admirer? Maybe creepy admirer." She stuck her tongue at me.

"Can you just be a sister to me for once, please?" I caressed my head. I'm so stressed because of this girl. She never agrees with me!

"I'm just telling the truth, you know." She smirked. "But why in my room? Your stalker doesn't know where you sleep. He isn't a good stalker, I guess." Before I could argue with her, we heard mom's voice downstairs. They're here! I checked my watch and it says 9:56 am.

"I heard you girls arguing." Mom kissed Samantha's forehead. I just rolled my eyes.

"Kirby has a stalker!" Mom was shocked. Wait, mom. It's not what you think.

"A stalker? This is alarming! We should call the police and—" Dad went hysterical. Thank you so much, Samantha.

"Dad, please calm down! I don't have a stalker, okay? Samantha's just exaggerating." I defended myself, but mom was not satisfied with my reason. But it's the truth!
