Jayde looked at her husband. They had just got remarried with the kids and his mother in attendance They were so in love and they knew that no matter what, they would never go divorced ever again. They had just come home and they were laying on their bed after having just made love. Lucia had taken the kids so they could have a 'honeymoon'. "I love you, Mrs. Barba".
"I love you too, Mr. Barba". He smiled as he kissed her. She put her head on his shoulder and he wrapped her in his arms.
The next Monday the squad noticed something was different with the two of them. It wasn't until Amanda noticed his ring finger on his left hand. There sat a gold wedding band. She looked around wondering if anyone else saw it. After they left, she smiled to herself. Fin looked over at her wondering what she was thinking. "What's up, Rollins".
She sat back in her chair with a big grin on her face. "Did you notice anything different with Barba or Jayde?"
He thought. "Not really".
"Really? You didn't notice anything?"
"What do you think is up?"
"I think they got married again. Next time, look at his ring finger".
"Did you check Jayde's blog?"
"She hasn't mentioned anything about a wedding. The only thing that's on there is their engagement".
Hey, I was just wondering if you and Barba got married again. – Amanda
Zips lips. – Jayde
"Ok, I just texted her and she just said that she's zipping her lips".
Fin laughed. "I guess that means yes. Well, good for them!"
Olivia came over to see what they were gossiping about. "Rollins thinks that Jayde and Barba got married again".
"Have they said anything?"
"No and there's nothing on her blog about it, either", Amanda told her.
Fin laughed again.
I think Amanda Rollins caught on to our marriage. She just texted me. – Jayde
Haha. Let's see how long we can keep this a secret. – Rafael

I love your excitement over this. – Rafael
You don't even know how excited I am. Thankfully I'm an expert at keeping secrets. – Jayde
He read her text and laughed then put his phone down. They both knew that nothing stayed secret with the squad, no matter how hard you tried. Jayde went to her blog and posted a new entry. So excited to be planning our wedding. I don't know who is more excited: me or Santana. She literally can't wait to wear her new dress that Grandma Carisi bought her. The other kids are over it already. I don't think they would care if we went to Vegas to get married, even though it would mean getting Rafael out of his office.
Amanda checked Jayde's blog later and she told Fin that there was a new entry. He smiled. "You're not giving up on this, are you?" Amanda just smiled. "What does it say?"
"She says that they're planning the wedding. I doesn't say anything that they actually got married".
He laughed and nodded. The next day they were at Rafael's office going over a case when Amanda looked at his ring finger then she looked at Fin, who nodded notifying her that he saw it too. Rafael noticed them looking at him and he gave them a subtle smile. When they were done talking, Amanda smiled. "Can I help you, Rollins?"
"Nope, I'm good". Olivia looked at him then at her and she shook her head as they walked out.
That lasted 24 hours, more or less. Amanda was watching me the whole time. – Rafael
Haha. Then Fin, Olivia and/or Sonny knows. Shit. Let's just assume that at least one of them doesn't. – Jayde
He laughed then put his phone down again. He saw Olivia waiting for him and he got up. "Liv. What can I help you with?"
"There is a rumor going around the squad room about you and Jayde".
He smirked. "What kind of rumor?"
"That you and Jayde got remarried".
"Really? Where did you hear that?"
"A little bird named Amanda. She thinks she saw a wedding band".
He smiled. "We plead the fifth".
She nodded then left.
Later they were at home laughing about the squad thinking they were married. They thought that it was hilarious how they were keeping everyone guessing. "I wonder how long we can keep this up".
He laughed. "Who knows, cariño". He came over to her and she put her arms around him. He kissed her deeply and she smiled as she pulled him closer. It was then they heard a knock on the door. He went over and opened the door. There they saw Sonny. "Carisi. It's good to see you". He walked in and Rafael followed behind him. "What's up?"
"You guys know the whole squad is talking about you, right?"
"What are they saying", Jayde asked.
He gave her a look. "Amanda been talking about you guys being married".
Rafael and Jayde looked at each other and he raised his eyebrows. "It's true. We just wanted to play a joke on you guys".
He nodded. "That's what we thought. Well, congrats".
"Thanks". Sonny walked out and shut the door.
"What the hell was that?"
Rafael shrugged.
Rafael and I would like to announce our marriage. We quietly got married on Friday at a courthouse in Manhattan in the presence of his mother and the kids. We are both very happy and are ready to spend the rest of our lives together as Mr and Mrs Rafael Barba.
