With President Elect Donald Trump becoming President Donald Trump in 9 days from right now, Trump's bashes on America's largest trading partners Mexico and the People's Republic of China for most of his campaign, claiming that Trump will "retake" jobs from China and Mexico. In the mean time Mexico  and China fear large economic problems for both countries when President Elect Trump is sworn in, in 9 days. So how is China and Mexico going to improve relations. Before talking about that let's talk about Mexico's relations with the People's Republic of China. Mexico opened relations in 1972 with P.R China after breaking relations with the Republic of China. Months before, R. China has been ousted as a U.N member and P.R China was recognized as China. Afterwards it was a race between Mexico and China over who is a bigger trading partner with the United States. When NAFTA was created Mexico decreased trade with China exponentially over the United States and Canada. But time goes by and there is Trump. But after Trump became President Elect, Mexico looked at the other side of the Pacific Ocean, P.R China and Mexico agreed to a new trading deal between the 2 countries to be less reliant on the United States for trade. Because of this it is believed by the end of 2017 or 2018 that trade between China and Mexico will increase over $100,000,000,000- $200,000,000,000 compared to China and Mexico's $70,000,000,000 in 2015. Either way Mexico and China's new relationship will stay tight until President Trump is out of office in 4 years (8 years if Trump is re-elected in 2020 election if he runs for re-election).
