"I missed you brother." I sobbed on his shoulder.
"I missed you too, sissy." He cried.
I couldn't believe it. I hadn't seen my brother in almost a year because he was away in the army. I finally had him in my arms, though.
The party finished not much later, and we were currently heading back to the hotel.
"How long are you staying?" I asked my brother, Chris.
"I'll stay tomorrow as a full day, and leave the next day." He answered.
"You're leaving so soon?" I asked pouting.
"Yeah. I have to visit mom and dad, then leave. Sorry." He smiled sadly.
"It's okay. I'll make sure to cherish our time together." I said hugging him tightly.
"We really missed you Chris. Glad you're back for at least a few days." Brenda smiled.
"I'm glad too. You ladies have grown to be very beautiful." He complemented.
"Thank you." Brenda smiled.
"Where are we going now?" I asked.
"The beach." Matt answered.
"So you're the guy dating my sister, huh?" Chris asked Matt.
"Um, yeah." Matt gulped.
"Okay. Just don't hurt her or else. Oh, and for your information." Chris started.
"I know how to use a riffle, gun, 360-" he started but I cut him off.
"Okay, we get it! Plus, we all know Brenda would beat him up." I cut in, making everyone agree.
"Yeah. Lord knows what happened to Albert." Chris chuckled.
"Anyways, we're here!" Brenda announced.
We piled out into the open beach. It was night time, so there weren't any people.
"Well, let's get going!" Cam shouted, running towards the ocean making us follow.
This day couldn't get better.
*next morning*
-Brenda's point of view
I woke up to smacking sound. Of course, it was the boys smacking Shawn awake. Poor kid.
"Okay, enough! Get going!" I broke in, kicking everyone out of my room.
"We're going to Ed Sheeran's concert today!" Shawn informed me.
"Oh my gosh! I have to get ready! When are we leaving?" I asked.
"At around 4, so you have the beginning of the day free." He smiled.
I nodded. Today we didn't have a show, so we technically could go roam the city. I got dressed and ready for the day.
