* This imagine was requested in the comments but the idea came from fangirlfr0mhell Thank you for sending it in! Also, I have never actually watch Game of Thrones because I'm not old enough so the only things I know about the show are the few clips on YouTube. I hope it makes sense and is exactly what you wanted! *"Come on, my love," Jojen held onto my upper arm and helped pull me up the uneven path. Never did I think this is what would come of marrying Jojen Reed.
Our marriage wasn't arranged, it was strictly us wanting to be joined by marriage. We had been in love for many years, each of us sticking beside each other through everything. It was three months after the wedding that he told me he needed to leave. He said he needed to guide a boy- Bran Stark- to the Three Eyed Raven. I had left my family to be with Jojen, and I had nothing keeping me back so I joined Jojen and Meera on their trip.
I grew up with Jojen and Meera, since his father and mine were close when they were little. This meant I knew all about his green-sight dreams. He had woken up many nights screaming from them, and each time I had been there to comfort him. When I mentioned how much they seemed to be torturing him, he argued that they were a gift, and he was honored to bare them. For me, it looked like more of a curse.
"We should stop soon," Osha suggested from the back of the group. The group had split off into sections: Jojen, Meera and myself leading, Bran in the wheel barrel pulled by Hodor, and Osha watching over Rickon in the back.
"This seems like a good place to stop. It's just after sundown," Meera added, stopping at a large boulder in front of a clearing. We would set up a small camp here and restart our quest come daybreak. This is how it had been for the past couple days since we first found Summer- Bran's Dire-wolf- in the woods.
While Meera and Osha went off to hunt for our dinner, I made a small fire with the branches and leaves I gathered around the camp. All the while, Jojen was continuing to explain what exactly the Three Eyed Raven needed with Bran.
After I finished with the fire, Meera and Osha had returned with two rabbits each. They skinned them relatively quick, before displaying them over the fire. Still, the two of them bickered like they had been doing since the moment they met.
"Eat," I said, handing Jojen the leg of a rabbit. The sight was taking its toll on him. His skin was deathly pale under the thick layer of sweat, and it visibly could be seen how weak he was. "You need your strength."
"We can share it. You need to eat more. Meera said you weren't yourself on our walk." He ripped off a piece of rabbit for himself and handed me the rest.
"I'm fine, Jojen. Do not worry about me. It's you who needs to be taken care of. These dreams are weakening you." I was more nervous about him than I had ever been. It broke my heart to watch him thriving around at night when the dreams came, even more so when I had to watch Meera put the leather between his teeth.
