* Here it is guys! I finally posted! I'm sorry that it's taken so long for me to post but Happy Holidays. I don't really like the way it turned out or the ending but I guess it isn't that bad.

Also I'll be on vacation for the next week so it is very likely I won't post until I get home. I'll see you in a week! *

3rd person POV

After Newt pulled (Y/N) out of the box, he began the tour like he had with every other greenie. He had a sense of déjà vu as he walked with her around the glade for the second time. She looked at everything as if she was seeing it for the first time, which in her mind she was.

He was worried how she would react if he told her anything about her old life, so he was careful with his words. He practically acted as if he had never seen her before, which worked until a week later.

(Y/N) was a caring girl (just like when she woke up the first time) so she was given her old job again as a Med-jack. The boys were instructed not to let her know anything about her old life and they never spoke a word to her about it while she was helping them, until today.

There was an accident in the maze; a Runner was stung after him and his partner were chased by a griever throughout the glade. By the time they had gotten into the Med-hut, Clint already had a syringe of griever serum prepared for the injured Runner.

"What happened to him?" She was questioning Jeff who was helping her prepare a bed for the Runner.

"He got stung," he replied in a rushed voice. He had been a Med-jack his whole time in the glade but a griever sting had only happened three times, and of those three, two of them were banished.

(Y/N), who was still unsure of everything going on in the glade, continued to ask questions. "But what is that blue juice suppose to do? How is that gonna help him?"

"It's going to... well I don't know what it does but it stops the sting from killin' the shank and he gets his memories back."

"Okay, but how-" Jeff was tired of her questions and spun around to glare at her with his jaw clenched.

"Stop asking questions! Shuck, I wish you never lost your buggin' memories for the second time!" Jeff's eyes widened when the words he yelled reached his ears. He had broken the exact request Alby had asked him to do. He raced to come up with something to say to take back what he said.

"I-I didn't... I mean... Th-that's not what I," he stuttered but (Y/N) already heard him.

"What do you mean 'for the second time'?" She stared at him in shock, utterly confused what he could possibly mean by that. Jeff didn't have time to come up with a lie to distract her because the injured Runner and the others were entering the hut.

Clint and Minho set the Runner gently on the bed while (Y/N) stood back still in shock. She wanted to help, but her mind was taken over with what Jeff had just said.

Jeff rushed over to Newt who was also entering the hut and pulled him aside. "I told her."

Newt's jaw clenched as he glared down at the boy. "You did what?"

Jeff shrunk under Newt's hard glare and stuttered out another response. "She was asking a bunch of questions and I was just angry so I kinda yelled at her that I wished she never lost her memories again. I-I didn't mean to, Newt."

Newt trained his eyes on the girl across the room, her eyes darting all around the floor as her brain tried wrapping the new idea around her head. He could see her trying to process everything going on but she was coming up blank, and it was frustrating her.

Newt assumed the two Med-jacks and their leader could handle the crying glader without him or the girl there, so he persuaded her to come with him outside where he would explain everything to her.

"Newt, wh-what did Jeff mean 'lose my memories a second time'? Didn't I lose it once when I came up that box last week?" She was panicking as she looked up at the blond glader for answers. Jeff hadn't given them to her, but she was sure Newt wouldn't keep anything from her.

Newt set his hand on (Y/N)'s shoulder, trying to keep her calm before having her whole world flipped upside down. "I'll explain everything, (Y/N), but you gotta listen all the way through and trust me." The (Y/H/C) haired girl looked up at Newt's pleading eyes, remembering that similar phrase uttered to her when he first her, or so she thought was their first meeting.

"I trust you."

-----

As Newt explained everything to her, she stared up at him in shock. She was conflicted with many emotions: anger at the Creators for doing this to her, sadness at the fact that there was a whole life she had missed out on, guilt for not remembering any of the boys who knew her, and betrayal for the boys thinking that this is something that should have been kept from her.

Newt didn't get to finish his last sentence when she darted off away from him. He wanted to chase after his girl, but felt that it would be best to let her have some time to herself.

She ran away from Newt and into the woods just behind the Homestead, wanting some time to herself to process all this. She wanted to remember this past life she had where she had built relationships with these boys. She wanted to remember. She needed to remember.

(Y/N) wiped away her tears, swallowing the new ones wanting to form in her eyes. She knew a way to get her memories back.

She snuck inside the Med-hut, carefully avoiding the boys dealing with the patient that had just come into the room. She entered the farthest room that was also known as the storage room. She found the trunk hidden in the back of the single cabinet and pulled out a second blue syringe.

She knew this would be painful (more like excruciatingly painful) but she needed to remember. She held up the blue syringe before plunging the needle straight into her stomach. Screams of her name were heard around her before her entire world faded into black.

-----

(Y/N) stirred from the bed as her body transitioned from her deep sleep to being awake. Her eyes fluttered open as they adjusted to the sunlight spilling into the room. It only took a few seconds before she was sitting up and looking around the room. She noticed the bandage tied around her hip where she stung herself with the serum and made sure not to mess it up too much.

The wave of memories came crashing over her when she realized where she was. A smile spread across her face as she jumped out of the bed.

Running out of Med-hut, she frantically looked for Newt. She finally noticed him standing in the gardens with a shovel in his hand. After screaming his name out for attention, Newt looked up at her. A similar smile took over his face as he saw her.

(Y/N) ran across the glade until she was right in front of Newt. She leaped into his arms, not bothering to see if he was honestly ready for her. The pair laughed loudly as Newt caught his balance and wrapped his arms around her body.

"I remember," (Y/N) said after minutes of the two tightly embracing each other. She placed her hands on both of his cheeks while glancing down at his lips. "How could I forget my boyfriend?"

"I missed you, love," he replied, his last word muffled as the girl pulled their lips together. The kiss was familiar to both of them, but it somehow felt better to Newt than their others after how long it's been since their last one.

Newt set her down without breaking their kiss and slid his hands to her hips. He pressed her flush to his chest while deepening their already intimate kiss. Newt felt his world fall in to place with his girl back under his arm and her head full of her proper memories. This time, he wouldn't lose her again and would make sure she would always remember who he was: her loving boyfriend.
