Thank you for sending it in and I hope you like it! I am so sorry that it took so long! I really hope that it makes up for how long it took! *

"You'll be fine, Tommy," I reassured my stressing and over exaggerating boyfriend. He was supposed to get his wisdom teeth taken out today, but he was too scared to into the office.

"What if I don't wake up?" he asked, stopping at the door before I could open it. He had never had a fear of the dentist, but when he heard that he would have to use the special gas, he suddenly was terrified.

"Tommy, you are going to wake up. It's not that kind of gas. You're just gonna be a little loopy for a couple hours," I said, squeezing past him to open the door. I went to the woman at the front desk and signed Thomas in as he sat down. He took a seat beside a woman who's daughter was sitting on her lap.

I finished signing him in and took a seat on the empty chair beside Thomas. The little girl was staring up at Thomas while playing with one of the two pig tails at the top of her head.

"Are you scared too?" Thomas asked the little girl as she played with one of the pig tails at the top of her head.

"No," she shook her head. I laughed and ignored the glare Thomas sent to me.

"Hey, you need to calm down," I said putting both of his hands in mine.

"Thomas Sangster," one of the nurses announced from the open door. He stood up, not before placing a quick kiss to my lips.

"I'll be right here. I'm not leaving." He nodded and kissed me once more before following the nurse deeper into the building.

I turned to the mother of the little girl and laughed. "Kids, huh?"

-----

After a while of scrolling through my phone, a nurse brought me back to the room Thomas was in once he was done. She informed me that thanks to the gas, he would be very crazy for the next few hours, but other than that, he was fine.

Walking into the room, I laughed seeing Thomas's cheeks puffed up and filled with gauze pads.

"Hi honey," I said taking a seat across from his chair. He just stared at me for a second before turning to the nurse and pointing at me.

"Who's she calling honey?" he mumbled with his house full. If this was how he was gonna talk all day, I'll be laughing the whole time.

"She's your girlfriend." The woman only chuckled for a second before walking over to me and handing me some of his stuff. "You need to change the pads every four hours and don't let him touch his mouth. He'll be in a lot of pain when the gas wares off, so give him pain killers every few hours." I thanked the woman and let her leave the room, so it was just Thomas and I.

A sudden hiccup from the chair drove my attention to Thomas, who's eyes were already staring at me. He clasped his hand over his mouth and diverted his wide eyes downwards, crossing them in a funny way. I laughed, which brought his eyes back to mine.

"Hello, darling," he said in an exaggerated posh accent, "who ever might you be?"

I giggled, laughing at the way his accent carried over through the gauze in his mouth. "I'm your girlfriend, Tom."

"Girlfriend?!" he suddenly screamed.

"Shh," I whispered while standing up to move closer to him. "You have to be quiet. There are other people here."

He rolled his eyes and threw his arm down in the air. He made a 'pft' noise with his mouth, but only threw spit since his lips couldn't quite move as fast. "Let them hear me. I am tired of being quiet all the time. This girl keeps telling me that all the time. She goes 'Thomas, stop yelling at the telly!' or 'Thomas, you can't say things like that in front of our neighbors!'" I rolled my eyes when he imitated my voice through his quotes. "She looks a lot like you actually. Do you have a twin?"

"Okay, handsome," I mumbled while assisting Thomas out of the chair, "I think it's time we go home."

"Home?!" He yelled once again. "You're gonna come home with me? Score!" He made a fist bump in the air while almost collapsing into me. It took a lot of effort- much more than it definitely should have- for me to carry Thomas out of the office and towards the car.

"Hey!" He called when we passed the front desk where the woman had been sitting with a smirk on her face. She must not have seen this as often, because she was practically biting her tongue to keep from laughing. "Have you ever seen The Maze Runner because I'm in it and I think I did a great job. I mean, I think my buddy Dylan did great, but I deserved an award for it. You should go see it and come back and tell me how good I did because..." He ranted with his voice either yelling into the office or whispering where only I could hear.

I apologize to the lady as I finished tugging Thomas out the door and to the car so that he couldn't promote his movie any more. I was way to excited to tell Thomas about everything he did today. I finally had him buckled inside the front seat with his hands under him so that he couldn't touch his mouth and ran to my side of the car. It was a short drive home, but it wouldn't be easy.

"Tom, take your hands out of your mouth." I pulled his hand from his face, only to have him pout and cross his arms over his chest like a child.

"You're mean," he moaned. "I don't wanna be here anymore." He thrashed around in his seat, trying to come undone from the seat belt, but failed miserably. He suddenly sighed in defeat and slumped back in his chair.

"Did I ever tell you that I'm famous because that's usually how you charm ladies, and I think I wanna charm you." He then giggled to himself and put his hand over the center console of the car and onto my lap. "Maybe I'm a wizard and I'll put my spell on you so you'll have to be with me." He closed his eyes and mumbled something in an incoherent language, before jumping up in his seat. "HA! It's done! Now I have you under my spell where you can never get away."

I laughed him off and tried (key word, tried) to tune him out the rest of the car ride. He continued to whine about some chicken he had left with his mother, but I was sure if I asked him about it, he would be just as confused as I was.

When we got to the house, he stared at it for a second before giggling again. Drool was starting to pool around the corner of his mouth so I quickly grabbed a napkin and wiped it off.

"Why did you do that?" he asked me sounding hurt. "You don't think I can take care of myself?"

"No, not right now." I replied, hopping out of the car to go to his side. The transition from the car to the house should not have taken as long as it did, but I was thankful when I had successfully gotten him onto the couch.

"I'm gonna prove it to you that I can take care of myself. I'm gonna... I'm gonna..." he trailed off when he couldn't think of an answer.

"How about you show me how much of a big boy you are and go to sleep. That's for sure something only a mature person can do."

His face lit up and he grabbed onto my hands. "You're right! I'll do it right now." He placed a sloppy kiss on my hand and crashed back on the couch. I placed a soft kiss on his head and thanked him for being so out of it to believe my trick.

I walked back into the kitchen where I grabbed myself a glass of water. Maybe I would get a few hours before I would have to take care of him again. That was until I heard whining from the couch.

"(Y/NNN), my mouth hurts." Maybe not.
