"P, P wake up. Please."

"I swear if this is about tacos again you're going to regret this Clarke."

"You weren't really sleeping, come on, get up!"

"I was sleeping! Draxy, go to bed."

"I want to spend time with you."

"So this is not about tacos?"

"Nope!"

She sat up in bed and glared at me.

"What do you want?"

"Don't you look gorgeous!" I snorted.

"Take that back." Okay, someone's not in a great mood.

"P, come on! Let's go for a walk."

"No."

"Please?" I gave her my softest puppy dog eyes.

She tossed a pillow at me and grumbled as she got off the bed.

"You don't have to wear your shoes." I whispered.

"Draxy, my feet need this."

"No they don't, we're just taking a walk to the living room."

"I swear you have a freaking death wish, Clarke!" She stood right in front of me, crossed her arms and glared at me long and hard.

I smiled and pecked her cheek.

"You're blocking my way you idiot!" She groaned.

"You really are a Princess." I shook my head as we walked to the living room.

"What makes you say that?" She pouted and she dropped her body on the sofa.

"Trust me on that P. I know a princess when I see one." I smiled.

"What did you want to talk about?" She sighed.

"Well, how have you been Pythagoras?"

She laughed. "Pythagoras? Really Draxy? Gosh, I was fine until I heard you call me that!"

"Are you sure you've been okay?"

She shrugged.

"P?"

"Yeah, I guess-- Drax? Where's your mother?"

"Do we have to talk about her?"

"Yes. It's been weeks now and I haven't seen her around at all!"

"She lives in the garage."

"Why?"

"Because she'd rather not look at my face on a daily basis."

"Draxy, how long?"

"About a year now."

"And Lace?"

"She checks on Lace sometimes." I shrugged.

"You?"

"I remind her of my father P. That's about it. She doesn't want to relive any of it and I can't hold that against her."

"But you do." She whispered.

"In a way, I guess I do."

"Drax?"

"Don't." I shook my head.

"Thank you." She nodded.

"You know I actually wanted to talk to you about something else P."

"Oh? Okay?"

"I'm not sleepy and you don't look too bad yourself--"

"Draxy! I'm freaking tired!"

"Hear me out! I was thinking that maybe we could--"

"No! Whatever it is, I don't want to know. I'm sleepy Clarke! I don't know if you understand what that means but essentially it means that my eyelids are protesting! They want me to stop looking at your perfect little face and start dreaming about it instead!" She stuck her tongue out and stomped away to her room.

"We'll go to the beach tomorrow Clarke, go to bed now!" I heard P call out.

I raised a brow.

"P? Do you read minds now?" My voice was shaky?

"Only yours Clarke!"

"Only yours Clarke!"
