--Julliet Morrison--

It's been two weeks since Geovanni and I have had a decent conversation. I kept having the urge to ask where we stood in our relationship, but Geo's ability to be harsh is what kept me stalling.

Apart from that, Skylar and I have been speaking to each other again. She apologized to me for her behaviour and reasoned that she was just going through a rough patch.

I actually made plans with her to go to a house party tonight. I'm not exactly a party girl. Hell, I'm in no way a party girl, but anything to get out of the tension filled house with Geovanni I suppose.

"Geo." I heard Ms. Elise call, which caused me to huff. "You've been quite distant lately. Do you care to share?" I heard her question and at this point, I decided to eavesdrop.

"Uh, I'm just going through something." He vaguely stated.

"Just you or are you and Julliet going through something?" She wisely asked. Geo sighed loudly.

"It's the both of us ma'am." He admitted. "You know, I never did this relationship thing before, so it's kinda hard for me." He continued with his confessions.

"What really happened?" Miss Elise asked.

"Her ex." Pausing for a moment, Geo cleared his throat, then continued. "He came over here asking—begging her for another chance and she denied him that. She assured him that she was happy and everything, but he wasn't having it. Then he started getting disrespectful, so I intervened. Still, he just wouldn't quit. I roughed him up a bit and she came to his rescue." He explained with a snarl.

"And you felt like she shouldn't have?" Elise continued to play counsellor.

"I felt like she should've told that punk off." He admitted. "Seems to me like she still wants him." His voice was full of disgust at this point.

"Have you spoken to her about it?" She questioned.

"She hasn't spoke to me, so nope." He stated. Miss Elise only chuckled.

"You kids will figure it out." Was all she replied with, which put an end to their conversation.

Geo walked into the kitchen where I was sitting at the island, attempting to revise some notes I'd jotted down in class today. I stared at him, yearning to say something, but quickly decided against it.

He looked over at me and our eyes locked for a brief moment until he looked away and ignored me like he usually does.

****** Later that evening ******

I stumbled toward the bathrooms and away from the loud music that was blasting downstairs. I was so drunk at this point and I've never been drunk before.

God, it feels horrible

"Jules?" I heard someone call.

Looking over my shoulder, I saw that it was Alexis. I shot him a drunken smile as I used the wall beside me to balance myself.

"Heyyyy." I slurred.

Damn, I am so fucked up.

"You good?" He questioned as he walked over to me and wrapped his arms around me, as he assisted me with finding my balance.

"Yeah, I'm good." I assured him.

"Sure you are." He stated sarcastically. "Come on." He instructed as he lead me to a vacant room. "Lie down a bit." He advised. "Let me get you some water."

Alexis left me alone for just a few brief minutes before returning with the water as he'd promised.

Sitting up, I drank some of the water as he sat beside me.
