--Geovanni Parris--
"I'm surprised that Julliet hasn't attacked you about coming home late as yet." Elliott pointed out.
"Yeah..." I trailed off. "She's been chill lately."
"And you're taking advantage of it."
Here he go, guilt tripping me.
"I'm not." I opposed as I passed the blunt back to him.
"When the shit hit the fan, don't look to me for help." He warned. "The one time she's choosing to trust you, man."
"Shit won't hit the fan. Who gonna tell her?" I questioned. "You?"
"I won't, but people talk, Geo." He explained.
"It's just temporary." I defended.
"You shouldn't be doing that shit, period." He rebuked.
"It's a temporary thing and she won't find out."
"You sound so selfish, I advise you to shut up." He scolded. "You should be at home helping her with those kids instead of being out doing your fucking dirt."
"Man, fuck off, bruh."
"I'm sure if she did that shit to you, you'd be livid, but she's cooped up with the kids, while you're out getting into shit you shouldn't be getting into."
"Your ass kept shit from Thalia before—"
"One time!" He yelled. "One time. At least I don't have her taking care of our kids and the one I had with someone else, while I go do my dirt."
"Man, fuck you. This not even your business to be worried about. So don't worry about it." I checked my deuces before shipping out of his crib.
Elliott tripping like he ain't did some foul shit to his girl before. She just never found out, but he want to criticize me with his holier than thou looking ass.

I checked the time and it was twelve fifty eight in the morning when I pulled up to me and Julliet's crib. I released a disappointed sigh as I shook my head at myself.
I was extremely late. Again.
I'm not sure what the hell Julliet is thinking of it, because she's generally a silent person when it comes to whatever the hell is bothering her.
I made her a promise last night and I wasn't even sure if I'd be able to fulfill it tonight.
I got out of the car and entered our house, locking back up after myself. I tossed my phone and keys on got he table before I jogged up the stairs and quietly entered our bedroom where the clock now read one o' three in the morning.
I glanced down on the bed to see Julliet sound asleep under the covers and I'm certain that she was nude under there waiting for me, like last night.
I made my way into our bathroom and stripped my clothes, before taking a quick shower.
When I got out of the bathroom, I rummaged through my drawers until I found a pair of underpants to sleep in. I payed myself dry with the towel around my waist before tossing it in a corner on the floor and slipping on the underpants.
I turned around toward the bed to see that Julliet hadn't shifted a muscle. I made my way over and carefully got in beside her, allowing myself to fall asleep, ignoring my promise to her.--Julliet Parris--
It was around five o'clock in the morning when I woke up and noticed Geovanni asleep in the bed next to me.
I waited up for as long as I possibly could, but I eventually fell asleep without him.
The old me would go on a rant about how unfaithful I thought he was being, but I was trying to trust my husband more. The last few times I assumed shit, I was completely in the wrong and almost jeopardized my relationship over nothing.
Carefully getting out of the bed, I made my way to our bathroom to relieve my bladder. The cool air immediately hit my naked body as I quietly walked toward the bathroom. I quickly did my business and re-entered our room, going through his drawers for a t-shirt of course, slipping it on and made my way down the stairs.
Geovanni is supposed to be having an early day today, so why not make him breakfast in time for him to enjoy it at the table?
I was just about done making Geovanni eggs, pancakes, bacon and sausages, so I put some coffee to brew, while I plated his food and walked over to the table to sit it down. I couldn't help but notice his phone silently ringing as the name Adrianne flashed across the screen. I covered his food and proceeded to answer the call.
"Hello?" I questioned.
"Hi, um Julliet, right?" Oh, so she knows who I am?
"Right." I confirmed.
"Could you let Geo know that I called?" She asked politely.
"Sure."
"Thanks, I appreciate it." She said as she hung up the phone, causing remove Geo's phone from my ear before putting it back on the table.
I know that I probably shouldn't, but I took the phone back up and slid the unlocked screen open before entering his messages and the more I read, the more my heart sank.

"Hey." Geo smiled widely at me as he entered our bedroom, where I was packing folded clothes into our drawers.
"Hey." I responded dryly.
"I tried to come home earlier today, because your ass was knocked out last night." He said.
"You could've just woken me up." I shrugged.
"I didn't want to. You deal with the kids everyday and you deserved some rest." He said.
"Thanks for being considerate." I rolled my eyes as he entered the bathroom.
I felt like a complete idiot at the moment. The one time I chose to trust him, he proves to me exactly why I shouldn't.
I quickly wiped at the tears which were now falling down my face and stood up from the bed, taking the empty clothes basket with me back to the laundry.
I emptied another load of clothes from the dryer and reloaded it with the final load of wet clothing from the washer.
Sighing, I wondered why I even bothered sometimes.
