--Julliet Morrison--
"I miss him." I confided in Lillet.
"Then Jules, go tell him that." She chuckled.
"I'm scared." I admitted.
"Of what?" She asked.
"He's sleeping with someone else and even though it's nothing serious, I'm afraid that he's developed feelings for her." I explained.
"Do you think he has?"
"He keeps begging me talk to him. He doesn't always do it with his words. He does it with his actions too."
"Yeah, but do you think that he's developed feelings for the girl?"
"No." I huffed.
"Are you going to wait until he does?"
"I hope he never does."
"But you also can't hope that he's going to wait around for you forever." She advised. "He's just as hurt as you are Julliet. He's cried in the presence of your father and I. But as usual, your Dad will never rat one of you out to the other." She smiled.
"I know." I smiled a little.
"So what's the plan?" She asked.
"I don't know. I can't even have a decent conversation with him without punking out."
"You need to try, baby."
"Could you do me a favor?" She nodded, indicating that she was waiting to hear my request. "Could you hold Lia for me this evening?"
"Sure." She nodded
"He's supposed to pick her up this evening, but I'd just act like I forgot." I shrugged, causing her to erupt in laughter.
--Geovanni Parris--
I knocked on Julliet's door as usual, before using the key to let myself in.
"Jules?" I called.
"I'm coming!" She yelled from the bedroom.
"Cool." I mumbled as I took a seat.
"Hi." I looked up to see her wearing a very familiar t-shirt.
"Hi." I returned her greeting. "Is Guilia ready?" I asked.
"I sorta forgot you were coming to get her, she's at my parents'." She explained.
"Cool." I shrugged. "I guess I'd come back later then." I stood up, causing her to grab my arm.
"Geo..." She trailed off, he head was low as usual, matching the tone of her voice.
Placing my hand under her chin, I lifted her face to look at me.
"Yes Jules?" I questioned. She didn't reply, she just stared. It was the longest she had given me eye contact in over a year. Her lips parted, but nothing came out. Our staring contest just continued until my lips met hers and they locked with each other.
Her sweet scent filled my nostrils and her taste caused my taste buds to celebrate.
"Geo, I miss you." She mumbled into our kiss.
"I miss you too, baybeh." I replied.
"No w what?" She asked.
"We have alot to talk about." I informed her.
"Ok." She nodded.

"So that's it." I concluded. "That's everything about Krystal." I sighed.
"So you're no longer seeing her?" She asked.
"Nah." I shook my head. "I mean, I thought she was cool as a friend or whatever and I told her that if we started fucking that was all that was gon' ever be. She probably caught some feelings or some other shit and acted up on me. I told her ass to bounce." I shrugged.
"So you never felt any type of way about her?"
"At one point, I thought I did, but after realizing that I could never bring myself to ask her to be with me or even have her around my daughter, I knew I didn't trust her and I also knew that whatever I felt wasn't real. I just almost had a bad case of rebounding."
"Is she crazy?" She asked causing me to chuckle.
"I guess she is." I replied honestly.
"I don't want problem with anyone, Geo."
"And you won't have any." I smirked.
"You're going to fight a girl?" she raised a brow at me.
"Nah, imma fight a bitch if she step to you wrong." She busted out laughing.
"It shouldn't be that damn funny." I chuckled myself as I pulled her closer to me on the couch.
"I can't imagine you hitting a bitch for me."
"I've choked a couple." I shrugged. "Just fa' you."
"Oh really?" She raised a brow. "Who did you choke?"
"Skylar once and Krystal twice." I informed.
"Why twice?" She asked.
"When I found out that she was plotting on us with Skylar and the other night when she crossed me wrong."
"All that shit you said when you left me..."
"Was a bluff, Jules. I wanted you to chase after me, profess your love and shit." I shrugged. "I was hurt." I admitted. "And dumb."
"I felt like I deserved it really." she shrugged. "I felt like you found someone better and she had your time. I felt like saving you the trouble and just removing myself from the equation."
"And what did you think when I came over... For you."
"I though that you just felt like you were losing you free pass to sex and that's why you came over pleading with me."
"And now?"
"I still don't know." She sighed. "Why did you decorate your house like that?"
"It was supposed to be our house, remember?"
"What did you do with your condo?"
"I rented it." I informed her. "How's the café doing?"
"It's been doing good. Everything I ever imagined." She smiled. "Thanks."
"For what?" I asked.
"Come on, Geo, you paid the money to turn that empty space into a café and you gave me a hundred grand in a bank account to start with. Then you selflessly signed it over in my name. What do you think I'm thanking you for?"
"It was no big deal." I shrugged.
"It was a huge deal and you're right, nothing I did for you could ever compare to all that you've done for me." She shrugged.
"You think one hundred thousand could compare to Guilia?" I asked, making her chuckle. "Huh?" I smiled goofily.
"I didn't mean Guilia, I mean things which contribute to my self development."
"You taught me what it means to love, Jules." I intertwined our fingers. "That's was the best thing anyone's ever done for me." I kissed her temple. "I luhh you."
"I love you too."
