"Jules found out that Skylar's dead, bruh." I told Elliott.
"She found out that it was you who killed ol' girl?" He questioned.
"Nah, I didn't tell her that." I assured him. "And besides, you helped me." I shrugged.
"Negative. I did not." He smirked. "I only helped you ass to clean up your mess."
"You're still an accessory." I snickered.
"She must've forgotten what you used to do for Jan before you fell in love with his daughter." Elliott chuckled.
"Damn straight. She's never gonna mess with my baby again." I highlighted.
"Your crazy ass made sure of that." He shook his head.
"I sure did." I plastered a satisfactory smile across me face.
"Your daughter doesn't play fair." He stated as he looked in our girls' direction.
This was probably the fourth game they changed now, because Guilia realized she was losing the others. It was a habit with her, even when she's playing with her mother and I; if she's losing, she'd switch up the rules or change the game completely. What can I say? My baybeh is competitive and a very sore loser.
"Just like her mother." He furrowed his brows at my statement.
"What you mean?" He asked.
"Oh, Everytime we broke up and I spoke to someone else, she gave me the silent treatment or the cold shoulder. Like when I was fucking with Krystal or one time when. I flirted with the girl that does my tattoos. Or even before we dated and I used to fuck Skylar." I chuckled. "She was so evil."
"Was?" Elliott raised his brow in a sarcastic manner.
"You right." We both busted out laughing.
"How is she though, man?" He asked.
"She's been coming along. Still a bit junpy." I shrugged. "But making progress nonetheless, which I'm grateful for."
"That's true, man. You gotta be grateful for that. You and shortie been through a lot in life." He sighed. "Proud of y'all."
"Thanks, man." I smiled. "She even had sex with me the other night." I told him.
"That's some major progress then."
"Yeah, she's getting there slowly."
"You finally let some sexual tension out." He chuckled.
"Damn straight."

"Did you do that thing that you said you were going to?" Heather asked as she pushed her glasses further up her nose bridge.
"Actually, I did." I smugly smiled at her.
"And how was it?" She asked.
"It was amazing." I confided.
"How did you feel after you did it?" She asked.
"Safe." I said. "Loved. Protected." I continued listing. "The way my husband handled my body was totally different from the way I've had a stranger violate me. I was so afraid to get back in bed with my husband and at first I could only think about him not feeling the same way about our love making, but I was so wrong."
"Your husband is supposed to make you feel that way and I'm proud of him for allowing you to come around and for being so supportive of you." She smiled. "I've had couples older than you both and married for way longer who still do not have patience nor understanding for each other, but you too have been doing so well. Some older couples literally only tolerate each other because the years they've invested seem like too much to walk away from and they have children. I've had couples over forty years old come in here and literally seem like they're struggling to even like their partners, so as bad as things may seem between you and Geovanni what you both have is way past the puppy love phase. Your love sparked from something siblings share to what it is today, so it's only natural that it works so well."
"I guess." I sighed.
"It really is the truth." She chuckled lightly.
"She died, Heather." I sighed.
"The young lady that drugged you and set you up to be taken advantage of?" She questioned.
"Yep." I nodded as I fiddled with my hands which were resting on my lap. "I feel like it's my fault for wishing death on her and now she's dead, I feel so responsible." I explained.
"It's ok, Julliet. She probably got what was coming to her" She shrugged.
"My husband said the same thing." I licked my lips.
"He's right. I wouldn't be surprised if your husband was the one who dealt her that fate by trying to avenge what she did to you." She chuckled. "He seems like he'd murder the angel of deth himself if he came for you."
"He could be very overprotective at times." I informed her
"As any man who truly loves someone should be." She nodded.
"Yeah." I smiled.

"Babe?" Julliet called.
"Hm?" I replied to her. I was tired, so it came as no surprise that after our two rounds of sex that I was just ready to pass out.
"I wanna attend Skylar's funeral." She said, making me want to strangle her.
"What you wanna go for?" I calmly asked.
"I think I need closure, Geo."
"No." I declined.
"You're so mean." She pouted.
"I try to protect you." I shrugged.
"Please Geo?"
"Jules, no."
"You could go with me."
"I'm not going."
"Geoooo." She whined.
"Jules, I already said no and I'm tired. Don't make this hard."
"I just want closure." She shrugged.
"What kinda closure you want?" I asked.
"How she died. Did she suffer? Did she deserve it?" She said, making me sigh.
"Listen Jules, she drowned." I hope that what I'm about to do doesn't cause her to hate me.
"How'd you know?" She furrowed her brows at me.
"Because I drowned her." I couldn't even look directly at her.
"Oh my God." She whispered in a flabbergasted way.
"Yes, she suffered. Drowning is painful, I guess." I sighed. "I know you probably view me differently now, but I didn't intend to kill her, but the bitch wasn't even sorry about what she did to you and I'm not sorry for what I did to her." I shrugged. "If that's the closure you wanted, then you got it."
