--Geovanni Parris--

"Here's your breakfast." Julliet announced as she put the plate in front of me.

"Thanks." I mumbled.

To my astonishment, Julliet picked me up from the hospital three days ago when the doctors told me that I was being discharged and they contacted my next of kin.

I don't know why she was listed as my next of kin. We are no longer married.

So now, I'm staying with her in our matrimonial house until I get better to allow her to take care of me.

"Eat up, Geo, you have your medication to take in about fifteen minutes." She announced as she sat on the opposite end of the table and lifted Genovia into her lap, kissing all over her face, causing Gen to laugh.

I watched them for a while, before focusing on my breakfast, because Julliet was extremely mean lately. I wouldn't want to not be finished with my food and it's time for my medication and she snaps on me.

--Julliet Morrison-Parris--

Geo sat butt naked in the empty tub as I bathed him from a small tub of warm, soapy water.

Generally, he stayed quiet and followed my instructions, which was a bit hilarious to me.

"You wanna use you good hand and wash your privates?" I asked and watched as he nodded, taking the tag from me with his right hand. I watched as he washed down there with one hand, ensuring that he didn't miss anything.

"You're making it awkward." He mumbled, causing me to blush a little.

"Sorry, was just making sure that you didn't need help." I half lied. I missed my husband physically a lot. I missed him in many other ways as well, but I've been missing him on a sexually intimate level even before our break up.

"It's cool." He shrugged as he passed the rag back. "Thanks."

"For what?" I questioned.

"Doing all this when you're not obligated to." He shrugged.

"You're still the father of my children. I need you in their lives and I need to at least allow them to see us maintain a good relationship." I half lied again.

"You're amazing, Jules. If you find someone else, which will be easy for you because you're beautiful, smart and a whole lot of things men want, just be sure that he's good to you and our kids. Don't rush anything with anybody because they seem worth it on the surface." He shrugged. "Take your time and make sure that he's everything he paints himself out to be."

"You mean, make sure he doesn't turn out like you?" I sort of snarled and quickly regretted it. His jaws flexed and he huffed.

"Could you help me get rinsed and out of this tub?" He asked. "So you could go on about your day."

"Geo, I didn't mean to."

"It's cool." He shrugged as his eyes got teary. "It's probably true."

"Geo, I'm sorry." I apologized.

"Just get me out of here." He sniffled, trying to fight back his tears.

"Geo, I really am sorry." I repeated.

He huffed and attempted to use his right hand on the  edge of the tub as leverage stand.

"Geo, you're going to hurt yourself." I warned as I gently pushed his hand away. His entire left side was damaged. His left leg and arm were in cases and the entire left side of his torso was bandaged up.

"I'm sorry too." He mumbled. "Sorry I made you feel that way."

I shook my head.

"I was wrong for saying that." I admitted.
