Chapter 34 A Suicide Mission

Denny's P.O.V.

By the time Denny got home, he had two hours before midnight. 'I don't care if I'm not being Fair, Fredrick has lived long enough it's time for him to die now it's long overdue'
once Denny approached a lot of Pokemon looked at him in shock some of them started yelling. "It's Denny, he's alive!" Denny jumped up onto his ice cliff and Zeta walked up to him with a surprised expression on his face. "Denny, you're alive?" Denny nodded then Zeta smiled. "It's great to have you back bud!" Then Charlie ran up and hugged him suddenly taking the Vaporeon by surprise. "Oh Denny, I'm so glad you're ok! I thought you died, you and Fredrick!" Then Charlie froze. "Wait if you're alive does that mean Fredrick is too?" Denny held the Jolteon's stare feeling puzzled. 'Is that hope in his eyes? Wait...Something doesn't seem right
Denny frowned. "Yeah, he is alive Charlie. Charlie looked excited. "Good so no Mon got hurt then." Denny felt taken aback by that and now felt suspicious towords the Jolteon.
'Who's side is he on?'
Then Denny couldn't help feeling hurt by it.
'I wonder what he'll say to this!'
"Fredrick will be here at midnight because I blackmailed him." Charlie had a worried look on his face. "Oh, what about?" Denny couldn't help feeling frustrated towards the Jolteon. "Just listen to my words." Then he called a meeting "EVERYONE LISTEN UP!" Everyone gathered around below the ice cliff looking happy they all started chanting his name. "Denny! Denny!"
'They're all happy I'm alive. He though
Then Jessie came running up to him. She climbed her way up the ice cliff and hugged him. "Denny I missed you so much!" Denny felt warmed by her then he kissed her. "It's ok Jessie I got so much left to do before I die." She sat beside him. Denny could feel her warm pelt next to him Charlie smiled and sat on his other side. 'Yeah, but I bet you won't be smiling after you hear what I'm about to say!' then Zeta walked up. "Oh, I bet this will be good." Denny nodded. "Zeta did you bring Lupin back?" He asked. "I sure did!" He answered. "He's in the prison cave."
"Good now here's what's going to happen, I told Fredrick that Lupin is to be killed at midnight unless he comes, so I'm expecting Fredrick to be here soon." Charlie's jaw dropped open. "What?" everyone started cheering at the news. "The shiny Flareon will be killed at last!" Some Mons called from the crowd. Denny looked at the moon.
'And it's almost time' Charlie pawed at him making Denny feel annoyed. "What is it, Charlie?" Denny rolled his eyes as he asked.
'As if I don't know what he was gonna say' Charlie looked down at his paws. "Oh, nothing so this is what you want right?" Denny turned away "You're acting strange and I don't like it, snap out of it!" Then Zeta padded up to them laughing "Hehehe Oh this is gonna be good!" Denny nodded. "Zeta go get Lupin ready it's almost time." Zeta had a wide grin on his face.
"With pleasure!" Then he ran off for the prison cave. Jessie leaned close to him. "After Fredrick dies what's your next step?"
"Oh, I got a lot of steps but first I want to end this for good, I killed Scarlet and Shawn, now just one more to go, Fredrick has always seemed to get away every time but not this time!" Jessie smiled. "I'll enjoy this your brother is gonna hate me." Denny felt puzzled by that. "Why so?" She shrugged her shoulders "Oh, no reason really. Just the fact that I betrayed him." Denny chuckled. "Well, then that makes two of us, but in my Defense, he's the one who betrayed me first I'm just the one to finish it."

After waiting about an hour it was finally midnight Denny sat up. "Well, it's midnight and I don't see him get Lupin!" Zeta brought the Mightyena to the center of the crowd. Charlie frowned as Lupin sat down with his head down, then he looked up at Denny. "Say umm you're just kidding about killing me right? I mean we do come a long way." Denny glared at him. "Yeah, too long!" Lupin smiled. "So Den Den what do you say we talk a little hu?" Denny gritted his teeth. "Do not ever call me that again!" He snapped. "I'm only giving you five more minutes you better hope Fredrick shows up." Lupin smiled. "Ah, that's so kind of you." He looked around. "Hey, back off guys! I get five more minutes give me space." He laughed after. "Hehe, haha!" Denny felt annoyed as he bit his lip.
'what is it with this guy? Do I look like a joke?'
"SHUT UP!" He gave Lupin a cold look. "Your life is on the line here, this is no joking matter!" Then Lupin started laughing hysterically.
"HAHAHAHA!"
Dnney narrowed his eyes. "Ok, I had it! Kill him!" Then Lupin stopped. "Wait! Wait!" Denny raised his tail Signaling for them to stop. "This better be good Lupin, what do you have to say"
"I'm, please don't kill me?" he gave a sheepish smile Denny looked around. "I don't see Fredrick anywhere I guess he didn't care about you as much as I had hoped." Denny turned away feeling frustrated. 'I was really hoping to finish him tonight! I'm pretty sure that Flareon is up to no good!' Lupin suddenly looked worried and upset. "No Fredrick turn away Run!" Charlie sat up in alarm. "No, he showed up." Denny turned to look at the shiny Flareon as he approached them. He looked very tense and scared. "Good, I waited for this for too long!" Fredrick sat before him. "Well, I'm here we had a deal Denny let Lupin go." Denny smiled. "Of course, you don't think I would break that promise do you?"
Denny looked at Lupin. "Well you're free to go, now get out of here and don't ever come back, or next time you will die." Lupin hesitated. "What are you going to do with Fredrick?" Fredrick looked down at his paws with a sad look on his face. "It's over Lupin just get out of here, you get to live." Lupin had a few tears in his eyes. "No! Fredrick, you got to get out of here don't do this!" Denny smiled "It's too late Fredrick is not going anywhere I won't allow that! Now get out while you still can." Lupin jumped in front of him. "You can't kill him, Denny!" He started whimpering. "He's your brother have a heart!" Denny jumped down from his cliff and padded up to look the Mightyena in the face. "I know that stupid! but unfortunately, it's just blood which means nothing! We all have blood what difference does it make? I could replace him any day!" He turned to look at Charlie and Zeta. "Now those two would never betray me that's what I call a true family." Fredrick looked shocked. "What an awful thing to say!" He hissed. Denny padded closer to him. "Yeah well, I must be an awful Mon alive then hu?" Lupin glared at him "You're a disgrace of a Mon!, Denny, I know you're not that black-hearted!" Denny gave an evil smirk. "Hahaha! But I am!" his claws slid out. "Last chance Lupin leave now or die!" Lupin sighed. "Ok, I'll go." He hugged Fredrick and then started running away. "Don't worry Fredrick I'll come back and save you!" He called as he ran away. Denny was taken aback by it. "NO! STOP HIM!' KILL HIM!" He shouted. Fredrick looked at him in alarm. "No, you can't we had a deal!" Denny shot him with a glare. "Yeah well, this wasn't part of it!" Then Jessie hit Lupin with a moon blast Fredrick yelled. "Nooo!" And before long Lupin was caught again and brought back. "Well, well looks like your big mouth just got you in trouble! Tell you what once Fredrick is dead then you can go but not before then!" Lupin wailed out. "No! Please! This is madness you can't kill him!"
Frederick's ears dropped down as he looked scared. "I'm not ready to die.." Denny walked towards him with extended claws. "Yea well, whoever is? Don't think you're getting out of this one Shawn isn't here to save you this time."
Fredrick used a flamethrower but it wasn't very effective Denny gave a mocking laugh. "Haha, are you gonna try that again?" Denny used a hydro pump but Fredrick dodged it his fur fluffed out. "I can beat you! elements are just one thing!" Denny felt amused by it. "Yeah, and strength is another thing! I've been battle practicing for all those years, tell me Fredrick when you were stuck in Darle's camp what were you doing?" Fredrick froze and then he had a shameful look on his face.  Denny felt puzzled by it. 'What's he ashamed of? Fredrick looked down at his paws "Scarlet had a vision. She knew she was gonna die. I told her repeatedly that she was going to be ok but when the time came, I was so shocked that it was you... I failed her." He started crying "It's my fault! I let her down!"
"But I wasn't aiming for her at the time, you led me right to her, I just wanted you dead first but then she got in the way! And then Shawn betrayed me!" Denny paused as another thought hit him. "Wait, how did you survive that war?" everyone in Denny's army was watching the shiny Flareon. Fredrick met his gaze. "Scarlet saved me that night after you killed her, I was Frankey remember?" All the Pokemon gasped in shock, but Denny gritted his teeth in frustration. "You expect me to believe this bullshit?" Fredrick looked taken aback. "No Denny it's true I saw her spirit she didn't want to leave until she knew I was safe first." Denny snarled "Fredrick, there is no such thing as spirits! And what you said isn't possible!" Fredrick looked shocked. "You don't... you don't believe in Arceus?" Denny shook his head. "What kind of Arceus would allow Darle to do what he did? Face it Fredrick it's a dark reality that we all have to accept." Fredrick looked down at his paws. "So what do you think happens after death?" Denny shrugged his shoulders. "That sounds like a good question for you right now." Fredrick unsheathed his claws looking ready to fight. "Hehe face it Fredrick even if you could beat me you're surrounded!" Fredrick started to heat up, and Denny could feel the heat. He used Water Plus and Fredrick gave a yelp then he used a shadow ball but Denny avoided it and then used a hydro pump. Fredrick jumped away in time, then Jessie ran towards him and hit him with a moon blast then she grabbed Fredrick with her feelers and held him down on his back exposing his stomach. "LET GO OF ME!" Fredrick gave a desperate cry as Denny slowly walked up to him. "Thanks, babe." She smiled at him. "Anything for you my love." Fredrick's mouth dropped open in shock. "WHAT! YOUR LOVE?" Jessie smirked. "Oh, didn't you hear? Denny and I are mates now." Fredrick glared at her, his blue eyes burning with hate towards the Sylveon. "And you're telling me this now?!" Denny walked up to him. "It's none of your business what goes on in my life." Fredrick turned his blue glare on him. 'Wow, what's he getting mad at me for?' "Denny, you can't mate with her!" Denny got angry "How dare you say that!" Jessie smiled "Sounds like someone is jealous." Fredrick got angrier and used a fire blast on Jessie she gave a shocked yell, and then Fredrick jumped back up. "I'm not jealous of you!" He spat. Denny jumped in front of her protectively. "You're gonna pay for that Fredrick!"
"ERRR DON'T YOU SEE? I'M ONLY TRYING TO PROTECT YOU!" The Flareon shouted out. Denny was shocked he hadn't expected to see Frederick get this mad over it. "In case you hadn't noticed I don't need your protection and I don't need you! I'm trying to kill you, you idiot!"
Fredrick's body started burning up. 'Holly Arceus! why does this bother him so much?' Fredrick's gaze fell on Jessie. "You! I can't believe you right now! You rotten dirty hypocrite!" Denny was outraged by Fredrick. "ERRR HOW DARE YOU GET MAD AT HER LIKE THAT!" He used a hydro pump and Fredrick used a fire blast but Denny overpowered him and he got knocked backwards. "It ends here!" Denny ran up to Fredrick and held him down, Jessie helped him using her feelers to hold him down. Fredrick was kicking massively. "I'm not dying! Not here! Not now!" Jessie warped her feelers around his neck and she started strangling him. "This is it, we got him!" She said.
Denny sank his claws in and tore at his stomach then he went for his throat and tried to sink his claws in but just as he planted his paw onto Fredrick's neck a Persian ran into the clearing "Stop! Let Fredrick go!" He yelled. Everyone gasped in shock Denny turned his attention to him. "You again!" He hissed "What makes you think I'm gonna just let him go?" Roary yelled "This dose!" then as if on cue a whole pack of Lycanrocs charged into the clearing and a fight broke out instantly. Denny let out a surprised gasp as he got pushed away by all the running Pokemon. "How dare you attack me!" Then the cat-like Mon ran towards Fredrick. "Hurry Lupin this battle is only a distraction we can't beat him! We need to get Fredrick out of here while we can!" Denny heard him. "WHAT! NO!" Then a Lycanrock jumped on Denny. "Get out of my way!" he shouted then used a hydro pump 'I gotta get to Fredrick before that stupid Roary dose! Then more Lycanrocs surrounded him. "ERRRR TAKE THIS!" He used surf and they all got washed away Denny's eye locked onto Roary as he grabbed Fredrick and started pulling him away. "NO!" He got really mad and pushed his way through all the fighting Pokemon then he jumped on Roary. "You're not taking him anywhere!" The cat-like Mon hissed. "You've put a lot of Pokemon through enough trouble! I'll end you!" He used Thunderbolt and Denny got zapped. 'ugg this hurts!'
"GET THE PERSAIN!" He yelled and at once he got back up as Zeta charged at him and started fighting with Roary. Fredrick got up and started running. "No, you're not getting away again!" Denny chased after him. "FUCK OFF!" Fredrick hissed back at him. Then finally Denny caught up to him and used a hydro pump at his paws causing the shiny Flareon to slip and fall. Fredrick's eyes filled with panic as Denny jumped on him. "You're mine now!" He said. "I've been practicing this move for a long time!" Denny tried and his paws turned purple 'Yes it's working!'
He touched Fredrick and then he froze in shock as his whole body turned purple. Everyone gasped in shock. Fredrick groaned in pain. "I feel sick what did you do?" Denny laughed "Haha! I learned how to use toxic." Fredrick looked shocked. "I'm poisoned!" Lupin looked upset as he shared a worried glance with Roary. "We're too late!" Roary said lowering his head in shame. But Lupin growled, "I know a Herb that can cure poison!" Denny laughed "Haha! you're an idiot! In case you hadn't noticed we're in the ice Mountains there are no herbs here." Roary looked troubled. "He's right Lupin." Lupin growled, "No, I'm not giving up! we'll figure something out!" Denny hissed at the Mightyena. "Umm, you don't seriously think I'm gonna let Fredrick leave just because he's poisoned?" Lupin showed his teeth but said nothing Denny eyed him coolly. "Lupin you can go, I'll stay true to my word, but I want Fredrick and Roary in the prison cave." Roary's fur Bristled in anger. "What! why me?" Denny looked at him. "You are a strong Pokemon and I could use you on my side." Roary's claws slid out. "I will never join you!" Denny kept calm with him "Oh, I think I can make you!" Then Roary yelled "ATTACK and more Lycanrocks filled the clearing and another battle hit, Denny lost sight of them right away, Then a few moments after the wolf-like Pokemon started barking. "Retreat! retreat!" And they all ran away Fredrick, Lupin and Roary were all gone. Denny got frustrated. "Flying types after them!" And just like that a bunch of flying types took off flying in search to find them. Jessie padded over to sit beside him. "Well, even if they did get away your brother is as good as dead anyway." Charlie sat down with them. "You know she's right," Denny growled but said nothing, he padded back to his den and Jessie followed him. "So now what's your next step?" She asked Denny smiled. "Oh, I got lots to do, and now that Fredrick is dead I can succeed."
